They were the second HVAC company I had come to my home, and from that day forward they will always be the first. They showed up on time, gave me a reasonable quote for the work I wanted done, and best of all completed the job as scheduled. Everyone I spoke to listened to me and were professional and courteous.

Unfortunately had a not so positive experience. My tech didn't provide an official quote for repair costs, seems to have arbitrarily wrote numbers for a repair. Then left the cover off the propane tank and departed without providing dimensions of the furnace I might need to replace. I called to ask for follow up information, the service person on the call was nice, yet to no avail I didn't receive follow up information on specs and detail of pricing on parts. Seemed to have written a check for $79 just to meet some random person. Disappointing. Money out the window and wasted time.

I just want to take time out to say what an awesome job you guys performed. The customer service was superb. To my tech guys, James, Bryce and Tyler, you all are the best. Very professional and courteous. Sincerely, Wanda Searcy

I'm not posting to demean this company, because it might have just been the two technicians that came out to look at a furnace. I needed the company to have a technician service the HVAC system and sign off on it so we could sell a house. My wife was the only one at the home when the first tech came. He spoke and looked very professional, she said. The gas needed to be turned off until the house was sold, but we had permission to turn it on for testing purposes so the pilot light needed to be lit. Well, the tech said the furnace's pilot light would not light and left saying the furnace needed replacing. He even had a second tech come out and he checked and said the exact same thing. I came to the home and took a try at it myself. It lit immediately. The heat worked perfectly. So I called and asked for a tech to come back out and finish his job. He couldn't come out until the next day so I turned the gas off and left it at that. Well, same scenario the next day (I'm a working man, couldn't be at the house at the same time) and the guy said the same thing again, that he couldn't light the pilot light and the furnace needed to be replaced. I came back later that day and, surprise surprise, it lit perfectly. I ended up having another company come out and they signed off saying everything worked perfectly fine. The upsetting part is I had to pay for both visits from the company and didn't get an honest service. Make sure to double check everything they say!

Wow!
Wow!
That Seems to be the most professional word out of their mouth at the office when you have an upset customer that had 2 AC units installed. $10k paid and you call because you are frustrated that your AC isn’t working because of some simple pipes clogged... no I don’t own a Dry Vac. The 2 units are 9 months old yet and I had 2 issues already... I called once for over night help... I was told someone would call me back... never got the call back meanwhile over night the AC decided to start working again... not knowing why or what caused it to shut off so I assumed not broken can’t be fixed... about another 4 months passed which it’s today... same happened... AC is out.. only this time my 8 months pregnant wife calls me while I was working in North Carolina to tell me the AC is out again... called in for help again... at least this time someone did call me right away. Mr. Tech poor man is the only tech working the over night shift for Emergency calls.... very nice man... shame he works with such rude people in the office... he tells me he is so busy he can’t see me until the mid morning... so I said no problem. Call me when you are on your way... great! Meanwhile I told him, if I figure out what the issue is I would let him know so he doesn’t waste his trip. I found the issue... the lines are clogged. Great! Mr. Tech didn’t have to come because I went on and scheduled my “6 month” service visit they were suppose to have done it already... and I was told that isn’t exactly 6 month it’s around or about 6 months... I’m thinking, I have a life also aside when my AC is having issues... if I didn’t remember some of the chat while singing the contract I would even mention the 6 months visit AND! the so call Rebate... $250?! For 2 units!? I have home work to do still on this. Just moved here 10 months ago, lots of doing, 16 month old son, pregnant wife and when I’m frustrated with the AC a “customer service” woman can’t hold her tongue and keeps over talking, telling me it’s $80 to unclog the lines that maybe my lines wouldn’t be clogged today since I cancelled a service call I had for last week...so now she was blaming me for having a clogged unit because I cancelled my appt last week. Maybe if they came by “AT” the 6 month Visit this wouldn’t have happened.
Around or about 6 months they would come.. what does that mean..? I had polar bear in Miami install my unit... before I moved here... wow! 100 stars... I think they would do my pedicure and manicure if I asked... but of course, it’s Miami.
Price you pay for decisions you make.

Later I will post the positive about the people who installed my 2 units.
Easy to post bad reviews when you are mad. The people who mad possible to replace my old units for new ones were great... didn’t have a single issue. Sam the sales man made almost the impossible happen because of the ducts that were in my attic needed to also be replace and 4,000 square feet of a house to get the AC to cool every inch of it... wasn’t easy.

I called this company to come and look at my a/c unit and was told they would come out next day. They never called back, I tried calling the company to see if there was an estimated time and never received any response back. Very unprofessional and will never be contacting this business again.

We had a 20-year-old unit break down one part at a time in the dead of winter. I'm pretty sure every single tech they have has been to my house at least once. They were always very kind and understanding and sent the techs out as soon as they knew we had a problem. Well, the unit just ended up dying so we had to get a new one. They were nice enough to give me a credit for the $600 or so part we had just ordered since we ended up getting a new unit. They even gave us a thermostat for all the hassle and visits and lost money on the old unit. Everyone there is kind and helpful and we will definitely be a customer for life. Thanks so much!

I have always had problems finding an A/C company that would show up on time, care about what they do and someone I could trust. These folks cover all of this. They came on time and did a thorough analysis and documented the problem well. They took pictures of the problem with the air handler (which is located under the house) so I could see the actual problem. A comfort advisor came the next day and presented me with a detail quote with several options. After a few days I made a decision and they were back to do the work. The employees are very nice, do great work and care about the customer..

The technician was polite, thorough and on time.
