Let me start by saying that I am an HVAC expert although I do not practice it any more... That said, whoever I called to replace my ancient and cobbled together system could not BS me.
Cody Watson came out from Total Comfort and proposed a new heat pump system and replaced ductwork for the main house and a ductless system for the enclosed garage (AKA man-cave).
The installation took a full week and went well. Cody came back out and made sure the installation was complete and added a condensate pump to the main house central system air handler. Excellent work!
Bottom line: If you are in need of a replacement system, I highly recommend Total Comfort. Stress-free professional work and results!

Bernie was great and took all the time needed when discuss everything in the estimate and answer any questions we had. And my installers Chris and Mark were awesome to say the least, arrived and worked in a timely manner and done an exceptional job cleaning up and making sure I knew where they were at the install. I bought a Lennox two ton split unit from Total Comfort. My dealings with them were great from the get-go.

I had planned to buy a window air conditioner and cut a hole in my garage wall to install it. That little voice in my head said "price a central heat and air unit.". I called Total Comfort. Ben came out, surveyed my situation, suggested a solution and gave me a chance to decide. I bought his suggestion and the paperwork we took care of the paperwork. It was a great experience.

Laura from their office called and we arranged installation the following Tuesday. She was very willing to work around my schedule. Again, a great experience.

Tuesday morning James and Jerry showed up to do the install. They were very knowledgeable and it was obvious this wasn't their first install. Everything was done in a very professionally. It looks and works great. Again, a great experience.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and friendly. Throughout the process I was made to feel that my satisfaction was very important to them.

I recommend them highly.

We use Total Comfort for our home and business. Most recently, one of our AC units at home was making an awful noise. I called on Monday morning and Rusty was at our house that afternoon. He identified the problem in less than a minute of listening to the unit. He ordered the part we needed and was back at our house Tuesday afternoon to install it. I had an issue with my AC that was put in 2.5 years ago at a cost of $11,000. I also have an annual contract that I pay for twice-a-year service on my AC unit from the company. I called Friday and a technician (Shane) showed up to look at the unit. Shane was genuinely nice and courteous. After an hour and half said he had to charge the system with 7 pounds of coolant......which is ridiculous. The total cost was over $400.00 and the system is still not working correctly and is constantly running. The electric bill is ever increasing more and more with the system running like it is. The technician said they will have to call Lennox to see why the system is doing this. I asked if he could do a note for the company owner to call me Monday so I can see what is going on with the unit and as of right now, no return call, even after I called the office later today (Monday) to talk to the owner. Not sure my AC problem is of concern to owner. I just want my AC fixed…nothing more but nothing less.
