Great company. They do what they say and stand by their warranties. They put our system in for half the price of We Care Heating & Air and have been professional and responsive every time we have reached out to them. David Blalock was our repair technician. He came out on a holiday, was very knowledgeable and willing to get our problem fixed as quickly as possible for us.

Brian was very pleasant and attentive. He took care of each of our concerns and even addressed a problem that we weren't aware of yet. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a conscientious and friendly worker who cares about his clients. The same goes for everyone from Bucky Holland that we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Kudos to this great team!

The technician took time with our system and explained the situation very thoroughly. Plus, he didn't try to push us into things we didn't need. I really appreciate that. I'm looking forward to having them take care of more of our heating and air needs in the future.

Our home has had both HVAC units replaced with new thermostats and in the years past, the old units serviced several times by Bucky Holland. Reaching the office and scheduling has always been easy and without any hassle. The quality work done was always on time and completed quickly.

The recent work was the installation of an exhaust for the dryer. The installation required crawling underneath the house and drilling through a brick exterior wall. The technicians arrived on time as always and made quick and quality work with ease.

Our AC, after several years of patching it, finally called it quits. I contacted Trey at Bucky Holland Air to get an estimate, along with two other companies, and for the equipment and services they provide it was a great price. Trey did all he could with our old system to get us by until installment of the new system and expedited things to get the date moved up! Very professional, responsive, and just good people! 5 stars!!!

Bucky Holland was quick to schedule us a timely service visit which was greatly appreciated. Josh was an excellent technician. He identified our problem and resolved it quickly. An overall A+++ experience!

Brian was on time even though it was pouring rain. He quickly checked out our heat pump for needed changes and changed the filter. He has served us well before and we appreciate him and the Bucky Holland business for good service.

Unfortunately it’s a rough time of the year so I was unable to have them fix the major problem but Will came out and was very kind and down to earth. He explained everything and took the time to even help me with my breakers! I’d definitely recommend h to is company! Great people!

Absolutely phenomenal. Good common sense, quality work, thoughtful conversation about when I will know it is time to replace this older unit (the answer was “Well, the repair is whole lot less expensive than a new unit.”)
