Just to be clear, I have posted glowing reviews of this company in the past but our experience this time was the polar opposite. Our experience with Bucky Holland Hearing and Air Conditioning needs to be addressed in this format as they have eluded responsibility in private. They have serviced our AC Units for just over 2 years with no issue. However, according to their technician who came out when we discovered our upstairs unit was NOT working, the condensate line had not been blown out. He "fixed" the problem and did not charge us. Three (3) days later, our guests discovered that water was coming through the ceiling in their upstairs bedroom. Again, we called Bucky Holland. The technician came out, supposedly resolved the problem and told us that they (Bucky Holland) would take care of us to resolve/repair the damage. Well, whatever they did that day failed to resolve the issue. After multiple more visits (which they didn't, and shouldn't, charge us for) the issue with the unit was resolved. However, the new ceiling fan ($200) was killed, the ceiling had to be replaced (they wanted to just paint it but did replace the drywall ultimately), the insulation that was soaked and had to be removed, and we spent $1000 (yes, a thousand) removing said insulation and abating the water in the ceiling. So far I have spent $1,450 fixing their screw up. We have had zero luck in receiving a response from insulation companies that Trey Holland recommended. The one quote we got from a company we have history with is $900. That's just to blow in approximately 500 square feet of insulation. We're not trying to bamboozle Bucky Holland, we just want them to honor and stand by their work. Trey Holland said "I can't help but feel you all are bending me over backwards for something we did not cause we only tried to help you and didn't even charge you." And that's a direct quote from his email. They DID cause the problem and are completely responsible. I reached out on social media and my husband received an email from Trey advising us to NEVER contact them again as we were just trying to "tarnish his reputation". He's successfully done that without any help from me.
