Top notch service by Will. Not rushed in explaining my Ecobee thermostat. After two other A/C companies I finally found a company which knows Ecobee t’stats. I’m beyond happy I called Buckey Hollands…and they sent Will. Now all I have to do is tell Alexa I’m hot or cold and it will adjust to suit me.

We came back from a trip to discover our A/C was on and would not cut off. I pulled the breaker and called Buckey Holland the next morning. Josh came quickly and was able to repair the problem. Their personal and service are excellent. I highly recommend Bucky Holland Heating and Air.

Technician arrived shortly after the call. Very professional and knowledgeable. Quickly identified the problem. Parts warehouse had closed for the day, but said he will return first thing in the morning. Very satisfied and would recommend Bucky Holland HVAC to anyone needing service.

A/C was not working. Called Bucky Holland and they sent technician, Richard Porter. Richard was on time, professional, knowledgeable and an extremely nice man.He diagnosed the problem immediately and had it back up & running quickly and service was very reasonably priced. Don't dither around and "wonder " who to call. Just call Bucky Holland.

Great service! I was helped by Mr. Shannon, who was very friendly and professional - he was patient and thoroughly explained the problem, even offering advice on how to keep it from happening again! I'd definitely recommend him, as he even pointed out some issues that previous technicians seemingly overlooked or had forgotten about. 10/10!

Will, the tech that came to my house, was prompt (came within 30 min of me calling for service!) and knowledgeable. Will diagnosed the problem and told me up front how much it would cost to repair. It’s 104 degrees outside (where half the work was done) and he didn’t complain or seem annoyed. So thankful for Will & Bucky Holland coming to the rescue for us.

Emergency on-call technician showed up within 90 minutes. Unfortunately the unit needs a part that can’t be called about until Monday, so I guess we’ll be wearing coats inside this weekend. Hopefully, there won’t be too many supply chain issues and we can have heat again before Thanksgiving!
