Arcadia HVAC

Arcadia was great! I would highly recommend them as I was impressed with the initial call to the office and the results of my appointment. Matt, the technician that came to my home, quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it on the same visit. I was a new customer but they were able to help me the same day! They will definitely get my business for my future HVAC needs.

I hired Arcadia HVAC to replace a 15 years old hvac system to a more efficient model. On the first day, Matt came by to review my current setup. Matt is a professional and an easy person to work with. He didn't try to upsell anything and was honest to the point. On the day of install, Matt and his team completed the installation in 2.5 hours (wow!). There were no messes left behind and the install was clean and professionally done. They also helped fixed some minor issues on my other two systems without charging me. That was extremely nice of them! I am looking forward to hiring Arcadia HVAC next year for my basement unit.

In my experience, this is a 5 star company. Calls are answered promptly and service scheduled quickly. I have a yearly maintenance contract that they manage. My AC stopped and I couldn't hear the fan. Dustin and Matt diagnosed the problem and explained the options. I made the decision and they scheduled the work the next day. Fortunately it was a cool night, but the weather forecast is for a return of GA heat! They called ahead, and completed the work in several hours as estimated. Customer service is reflected in everything they do. Dustin and Matt reviewed the new thermostat with me which was helpful beyond the manual. These men are personable and tolerant of a barking dog...making friends with her quickly. I feel treated like a family member...fairly and honestly.

This is my second experience with Arcadia HVAC and it was just as pleasant and efficient as the first experience. My first interaction with Arcadia was with my personal home. They were on time and one day turn around for the whole system. First class service great follow up. This second unit was installed on a rental property. Arcadia went out of there way contacting the tenant and arranging all appointments for the install. Which was done in half a day with several professional technicians. I would always recommend Arcadia of Duluth to anyone who wants the job done correctly, on time, and professionally.

Arcadia has been great servicing our HVAC units! They serviced the units at our home for the previous owners and I saw detailed service notes they provided about the systems. This was really helpful to us! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! Dustin just provided our semi-annual checkup and was great! Enjoy having them provide our HVAC service.

I am so pleased with Arcadia HVAC! Last night when the weather suddenly turned cold, I realized my heater was not working. I called this morning and spoke with a very nice, professional woman, who set me up with an appointment.

Then, just now, Matt and Matt arrived at my house (very professional presence!). They quickly diagnosed the problem, offered me options and fixed the heater and another problem they found. They are just great!!!!

I will be replacing my system soon and they were kind enough to give me an estimate.

So happy to know I have a kind, professional, and reliable team to help me with my HVAC needs.

These folks were great. I made an online appointment over the weekend, they called me first thing Monday morning and had someone out later that afternoon. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, he found the issue quickly and had my A/C running again in under half an hour. He had all the parts and tools he needed in the truck, and took the time to show me how certain parts of my system worked and what had gone wrong. I will definitely call them if I need any hvac assistance in the future, and I'd highly recommend them to any of my neighbors.

The service provided is excellent. Cameron from Arcadia HVAC is knowledgeable and very nice. He helped me select the best AC unit to replace my damaged one, especially he did a great job convincing the insurance company to replace with the unit I desired. The works is done fast within a few days. I would recommend this company if any of my friends in the area need AC service.

I just replaced two units in my home and I cannot express what a GREAT experience it was working with Arcadia. The installers arrived on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. They were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I wanted the both of the units integrated with an existing smart home system and the team took the time to understand what I expected and made the integration seamless.

I reached out to Arcadia HVAC as I was preparing to finish my basement and need to get A/C working in that space. I inquired about a split unit system. Cam took the time to really speak in depth on how the system would work; at the end of the conversation I had a really good comfort feel. The work was scheduled and the crew arrived - right on time. Arcadia HVAC installed the split unit system plus a HALO-LED air purifier system. They were able to find a creative solution so the ceiling didn't have to drop. They also went above and beyond by pointing out plumbing pipe that wasn't properly supported and that was starting to bow. These guys are simply awesome! They are professionals and know their stuff! I would highly recommend Arcadia HVAC if you have any A/C, or heating needs - they knocked it out of the park for me!
