Our previous experience with a well know HVAC contractor had been a continuous negative experience. Thank you Cam for your detailed estimate that won my husband's confidence. I was won over by the service. Out of the three technicians that came to my home to make a recommendation and follow up with a price, Matt was the one that called and showed up ON TIME! He was professional, courteous and friendly. And the installation went great. Matt, Tyler & Dustin focused on the task and due to their prompt arrival I had the rest of the hot, humid day in comfort! The entire process was positive. I would highly recommend ARCADIA HVAC to my friends, family and neighbors.

I needed to get my 25 year old unit replaced and got 5 quotes from different companies in my area (all had high ratings on Google). Arcadia's quote came in a few hundred dollars higher than most of the others; however, I ended up going with them because of the high touch and expertise presented by Cam (the owner). His team showed up perfectly at the committed time and did a clean and beautiful install. All of them were courteous and showed pride in their work. A few days later I had some air flow questions regarding my unit and Cam (again, the owner) took over 30 minutes walking me through my questions and putting my mind at ease. If you're looking for great work and service at a fair price then these are the guys to go with - you will definitely have peace of mind!

Arcadia has installed 2 furnaces in my home and has been doing my semi-annual hvac maintenance for the last 2 years. Their prices are very reasonable for both furnace installations and service. Matt and Dustin are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy, and very informative. They have always been on time and call ahead to let you know they are on the way. They are also quick to respond to any questions or issues. Their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommended!

We’ve used Acadia ever since we bought our house and knew our unit was going to need to be replaced. Instead of trying to sell us a new one, they advised us to continue to use it until repair was expensive. So that time came this week. The crew Matt brought were SO efficient. They had it installed in 3 hours. We SO appreciate that they’ve always on time.

I know nothing about HVAC so I am looking for two things when hiring a company for service: Integrity and competency. First time using Arcadia after a referral. I was very very impressed with the whole experience. Very smooth and quick communication. The tech who came out was on time and was very professional and talked my through the issues and options. Fixed the issue quickly and I felt the price was very fair. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks guys.

My wife found Arcadia and asked them to quote a new AC for our house. We always read lots of reviews before having a company out and Arcadia's were top notch. As a picky, middle-aged engineer I suspect I am more difficult to please than most. I expect things to be installed correctly and to function properly, but I also look for craftsmanship. It's a dying art and many companies neglect it because it cuts in to their profits. Time is money and most would rather do things quickly, get paid and get out. It's also something I no longer expect, but I am pleased when I come across. Arcadia was an awesome surprise. Matt, Tyler, Cam and Dustin did a wonderful job and they were pleasant to be around! I don't know about others, but who wants unhappy workers in their house? Everything from initial quote process with Cam to final cleanup was exactly what we hoped for. We are also very happy with the results of their efforts. Our new system seems to be much more efficient than the old and the installation looks top notch (I do care how my ac looks). It was also interesting to learn more about the company from Cam and Richard. Three generations of family business is rare these days and you can tell that a lot of knowledge has been passed down. We look forward to working with Arcadia again on future needs.
