Arcadia HVAC was very responsive, and had GREAT Customer Service! Dustin communicated well, and was on time! I am very pleased with their service.

I have had quite a bit of work performed on my home by various contractors over the 14+ years that I have owned my home. I have had some terrible contractors as well as a few decent contractors but I have never had the pleasure of working with such a professional, courteous, and efficient contractor as with that of Arcadia HVAC. My HVAC system gave out on us sometime during the early morning of Monday, August 12, 2019. I did a little bit of troubleshooting on the unit myself, replaced the condenser fan motor and the motor run capacitor only to find out the compressor itself had given out. I am not a qualified HVAC technician so I did not attempt to break that coolant system open. I performed a quick search for HVAC financing and Trane brand equipment and came back with Arcadia HVAC who has an A+ rating with the BBB and 45yrs longevity. I made the call and spoke with "Cam" who asked me some simple questions and scheduled his technicians to come to my home the next morning (it was already late afternoon on Monday when I finally got around to calling) between 11am-12pm. He told me their names (Matt and Matt) and that they would contact me when they are heading to my home. They came out near the end of that one hour window and assessed my square footage and my HVAC system. Cam and I had already discussed the financing through Wells Fargo. That application and approval process took only as long as it took me to fill in the blanks with my personal information. I received immediate approval for $8k at 5.90% APR over 67 months. During the assessment we discussed my options and I opted for replacement of the gas furnace as well as the outside condenser unit. This came in well under the pre-approved amount. During the initial call with Cam we also set the appointment date for the unit installation which was Thursday, 8/15/2019. He told me they would arrive between 7-7:30am. While Matt and Matt were at the house performing the assessment we discussed how long they thought it would take to complete the installation. They told me they would have the AC running by 11am. True to their word they arrived by 7:15am and we had cool air flowing by about 10:40am. They kept my carpet clean and cleaned up all the debris they generated during the swap out. Cam took care of the estimate, invoice, Trane registration for the warranty and the Wells Fargo cardholder agreement electronically. The whole experience was absolutely hassle free.

Arcadia performed a presale HVAC inspection for us. The price was fair, technicians were on time and professional. No gotchas or attempt to upsell.

They found an issue with one of our AC units and instead took the initiative to troubleshoot the problem, which turned out to be unrelated to the unit itself. Based on that I reached out to the electrician that incorrectly installed the breaker and the entire issue was fixed at no additional cost.

Arcadia came out and fixed my 28 year old unit in 30.mins. They were on time, professional and most of all they got the job done right.

I would like to highly recommend Arcadia for any HVAC services. I needed a replacement for my AC and Cam was very helpful in advising me on getting a suitable one. He was able to schedule the installation 3 days later. 4 Technicians came out on time early morning. Matt, Matt ,Dustin and Tyler were professional and courteous. Completed the whole installation in 2.5 hours and even help me check and service the downstairs unit and fix a vent in one of the rooms.

I am highly pleased with the service provided by ARCADIA HVAC for replacing my two old HVAC systems in almost half a day. They are all professional, courteous, and very responsive to our needs from start to finish.
I started chat with them, asking about the ballpark cost to replace only one unit in my attic. They quickly gave me the cost estimate and offed me a house visit. The person who did our house visit was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I could see that he was here to take care of my situation, not take advantage of it. Based on his recommendation, I decided to replace not just one system but the two systems. I am really glad that he helped me make that decision. Needless to say, I got the cost estimate before the end of the day and scheduled the installation date.
The replacement/Installation went extremely well. Four guys showed up on time early in the morning. They called me 10 min before they arrived. The timing was perfect for us. They completed the replacement/ installation of two systems just before lunchtime. They were great as you can read in other reviews.

Arcadia replaced our two 27 year old furnace and AC units with brand new equipment. Not only were they professional, but we got great service and a great price. We will not be using anyone else from now on for our HVAC needs.
