I cannot say enough about this company. Cam and his team are not only professional and proficient but also very easy to work with. I have been on a service agreement with them since I bought my home and recently had to replace a furnace. They worked with me on pricing, they were extremely responsive and do high quality work. Highly recommend.

Arcadia was awesome! My 4 year old system died from another contractor and Arcadia had someone at my house within 24 hours to inspect and give me options. Despite the fact that the previous company performed "repairs" the system was beyond salvaging and the entire team at Arcadia was committed to getting my system up and running. When the job took longer than expected (again, not the fault of Arcadia) they never made me feel like an inconvenience even though I knew they had a number of other jobs. When everything was installed, they made sure EVERYTHING was running smooth before they accepted payment. I look forward to having them service my system and home for many years to come. Can't say thanks enough about this team and this company - they do excellent work and stand by and ready help (even after hours). Thanks again for getting my home back to being cool during this brutal heatwave!

Arcadia was absolutely wonderful to deal with from start to finish when my A/c stopped working and needed a replacement. Sarah the office manager was very responsive and patient with answering the many questions I had.The crew Matt , Dustin and all were all absolutely knowledgeable and professional.I highly recommend them

Arcadia HVAC installed our new system in 2018. Matt M. came to our house today for a routine service call on our AC. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He is an asset to the company. We will definitely continue to do business with Arcadia.

We tried out Arcadia after our previous company kept shifting appointment times and we’re often late. Had them install replacement Trane AC system and install smart thermostats. Went great and no surprises nor upselling.
Just had them replace heater on 2nd floor - smooth process as well! Really nice company to work with.

Matt and Dustin repaired our upstairs AC unit. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, focused, and nice. They were very patient when explaining the extent of the repairs and answered all of our questions. Not only was Matt and Dustin awesome, the office staff provided exemplary service as well. Sara was very patient in working through our claim and Cam literally helped research the installation and previous repairs of both units. I wish there were more stars to give just on the level of customer service provided. Thanks to the entire Arcadian team!

Arcadia HVAC has impressed me on every visit to my home. Not only on the install and service calls, but how quickly they responded.

I recently had an issue with my cooling system. Wouldn't you know the temperature outside was 92 degrees. They arrived at my home three hours after my call.

I would like to thank Cam and Matt for their excellent service and timely response, it was above standard. I highly recommend Arcadia HVAC to anyone!!!
