Arcadia HVAC

Arcadia HVAC , Dustin did a great job. He replaced my thermostat for my upstairs unit and installed my main unit about 7 years ago. I would highly recommend Arcadia HVAC if you have any issues.

We've used Arcadia, exclusively, for over 30 years. They are extremely responsive and deliver high-quality service. Tyler was recently at both my house and my mother's house. He was very efficient, getting the job done quickly. We couldn't be more pleased.

Arcadia has always been very responsive and affordable for us. We used them to replace our AC system when our old one broke. They also replaced some old, broken ductwork in our crawlspace. They were able to help us get low interest financing for the new system instead of a "rental" that some other companies offer. They have repaired vents in our garage without much cost and have been able to come out quickly when we have had problems. They replaced our old, faulty thermostat with a new, modern one. They are our go to for all our HVAC needs and we have a maintenance plan with them so that we don't have to worry about taking care of our system. Thank you, Matt and the rest of the team for being awesome!

Matt and Matt are great! They've been servicing my A/C for a few years (I like that the same techs show up --- it shows that it must be a great company culture. They were friendly and professional (my dog agrees). They follow up. Arcadia is easy to work with.

This was my first time using Arcadia, and I am pleased with their service. Tyler was early and very knowledgeable. Given my situation, he was able to give me multiple options for a fix. He explained each solution with the benefits and risks. He never once tried to upsell me anything like another big ac company did for the same issue.

Arcadia did my downstairs AC a few years ago and did a great job so I called them again when the upstairs unit needed replacement. The had great communcation with me, giving me quotes and scheduling and the team today did a fantastic job at my House! Thanks to the two Matt's, Dustin and Tyler.

Outstanding customer service from Sarah. She's the friendly voice you hear and the Superhero responsiveness you get everytime you call in. Take advantage of all my research, Arcadia is THE GO-TO Company for anything HVAC. EVERY person on this team is great. After working with Arcadia, you'll be wondering why can't all companies be this good.

Have worked with both Tyler on annual service in Feb and this most recent time Matt. Both very polite, have done service on time, called to let me know arrival time, wear shoe covers. Current service is to repair motor that is warranted but Matt walked me through the reason a/c not cooling and will replace that part this week along with my regular service on a/c units as part of my annual plan. I would highly recommend . The office is run by Sarah who is a pure delight.. she sets up all the service and helps you get exactly what you need as soon as possible, arranging schedules as to what works best for your situation . They care about me as a client!

Arcadia has been our HVAC company for installations, repairs and ongoing maintenance since 2015. Very professional and responsive to our issues. Our techs, Dustin and Matt are the best. Good job Arcadia.

Matt is a great Tech! He was very knowledgable and listened to all my concerns and checked out the system multiple times to make sure he didn't miss anything. Will definitely use their service again if Matt is my Tech.
