Arcadia HVAC

I’ve had both Matt and Tyler here checking on my hvac system over the past several years. It has always been a very professional experience. But let’s not forget Sarah in the office. Like everyone else I’ve talked to at Arcadia she is always very congenial. Whenever I receive a call from her, not realizing who was calling, I thought I was talking to an acquaintance until I realized it was Arcadia calling. This may seem insignificant but she represents the company so well that it contributes to Arcadia’s ability to deliver a great overall experience .

Cam was very helpful and straight forward in the different HVAC units and the quality of work that they do. I do feel that I got the best value for the HVAC unit I purchased.
Sarah was also helpful with getting me scheduled quickly as my tenant was without heating.

I want Arcadia to receive an Outstanding review! I called to see if anyone could go out to my mothers house to check her air which was not working. She is a Senior citizen and two others live in the house with medical issues including asthma. They were out there within 20 minutes and found the air-conditioning unit needed to be replaced. They gave my mother two options and she chose one and they were out the next morning early to put the unit in. They kept in touch with me to let me know exactly what they would be doing and how much it would cost. My mother said they were all very very nice and they were right on time and did the work in an hour and a half versus the two hours they thought they would need. I even requested that the installers wear masks when in the house and they had no problem with that. We are very happy with the service from Arcadia and would recommend them to everyone!

Our experience with Arcadia over the years has been extremely positive. Their timely response to service requests, the thoroughness and professionalism of their technicians, and the quality of their products are outstanding. Dustin and Tyler just completed an install of a new AC unit for our upstairs. Their willingness to explain what they were doing, answer all of our questions, and ensure we were satisfied before leaving were indicative of Arcadia's commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

My 10 year old unit failed and needed replacement. Cam helped pick the perfect unit for my home size and made recommendations on what was needed to fix two rooms that were not cooling and heating properly. The installers were very professional and did a great job. For the first time since purchasing the home it is comfortable in every room not just the living room. I will highly recommend Arcadia HVAC to anyone who asks.

We have used Arcadia for repairs on a older unit in the past, and the time finally came to replace the unit. Cam did an excellent job providing an overview of the Trane equipment and the installation process. Our installation with Dustin and Richard was on time, smooth and quick! They also installed a WiFi thermostat for us which was a nice upgrade. Overall, we were very pleased with the process and service provided. I highly recommend Arcadia for your HVAC needs!

We have relied on Arcadia for many years for all of our HVAC needs. We look no further for our heating and air needs because Arcadia always replies quickly, finds a way to immediately address our needs, provides honest and fair pricing, thoroughly explains the repair or replacement procedures and, quite simply, does great work. We were so appreciative that Arcadia expeditiously and efficiently resolved our furnace emergency in a near-record cold snap in January 2018. After years of great service from Arcadia, I am happy to take the time to post a review of our positive experiences with Arcadia.

I would highly recommend Arcadia HVAC. You just don't find customer oriented companies like this anymore. They came out and put a part in my 25 yr old system. Still had some issues so we decided to install a new heating and air system. Cam even scheduled a duct cleaning service to come out and clean the ducts before the install. The technicians were here on time to do the install. They answered all my questions and cleaned up once the install was complete. I am a customer for life.

Cam and his guys were great to work with. They were different than most of my past experiences with HVAC companies. The words honest, dependable, reliable, fast, and clean come to mind when I think about our last job. I highly recommend them.
