We have had a wonderful experience with Arcadia HVAC. We recently replaced the furnace and air conditioning unit in our home, and Cam Mayhue, who is one of the owners of the company, and his team did an excellent job. We called about 8 HVAC companies in total and chose Arcadia because of many reasons. First, they are very honest with their pricing. Not only were their prices the lowest, but they itemized everything they were going to install, so we knew what the individual costs were. They did not pressure us into adding new features or upgrading the units like other companies did. When we received the bill for their services, there were no surprises. They are true to their word. Cost was not the only factor because there was another company whose price was similar. What set Arcadia apart from the other company was that whenever I called Arcadia, they would pick up the phone right away. The other company would not respond to my calls even when I had left a message. So I asked myself, if there were ever a problem with the furnace or AC unit down the road, isn't it important to choose a company who is reliable and is available when I call them? Yes. Third, we found Arcadia through Trane's website. They are North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified and are a certified Trane dealer. Having those certifications made us even more confident to go with them. On the day of the installation, the whole team did a great job. Their work was excellent, they really paid attention to detail, and the units they installed were brand new. They respected our home, left everything clean, and they provided excellent service. We have been using the furnace every day since it was installed and have had no problems.

Richard was a HUGE help and so knowledgeable with Trane systems. Our existing Trane unit (which was installed and serviced by another company) went down and he immediately sent out his technician to inspect it and then immediately contacted me with my options based on their findings. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and was so quick to respond with options and had a new system installed within a day of my family making a decision. The technicians that came out were very professional, friendly and respectable to my home and family during the removal and installation as well.
This company truly is a business that believes on customer service and they will be the ONLY HVAC company that does work on my equipment. I recommend Arcadia for new, repair or service work. Thank you Richard and Arcadia for your hard work and quick response!!!
After the breakdown of my 15 year old heat pump, I called Arcadia HVAC to inspect it and give me a quote for a replacement. Over the weekend Richard specified and quoted a very reasonably priced new air conditioner and coil. After my approval the system was very professionaly installed and is now working very well. I would highly recommend Arcadia for both value and expertise.
They were able to repair my system within a couple of hours of contacting them on a very hot day. Their tech Matt was great, friendly, knowledgeable, and diagnosed and had me cooling in less than a half hour. Couldn’t be more impressed, I highly recommend this company. Thanks!
Matt & Matt were fantastic. Prompt, respectful, cheerful, and most importantly, quickly able to get our heat working again. This is the second time we used Arcadia, and the experience has been impeccable each time. Previously they worked with Trane to cover leaking coils in our AC unit that other HVAC contractors just wanted to replace. By going the extra mile and checking our warranty coverage (the system was installed before we bought the house), they were able to save us thousands of dollars. The other HVAC companies we spoke to were only interested in replacing the whole system. Arcadia's consistent commitment to doing right by the customer has earned them my trust and whenever asked, my unqualified recommendation.
Update since my original review. We had our heat go out upstairs and Arcadia was super fast to respond. The issue turned out to be trivial; a blocked vent pipe on the furnace. They dealt with it quickly, professionally, and with a nominal charge. And most importantly, we got our heat back on. They showed again to be reliable consummate professionals.

We needed a new HVAC unit in our home and we were tired of dealing with difficult contractors or giant businesses that didn’t care about us. Arcadia provided the best customer service and made the process so easy.
From the very beginning, Cam was quick and responsive. He answered all of our questions, didn’t try to upsell us, and made us pretty comfortable overall. After Richard came out and took a look at our system, Cam scheduled our new HVAC installation for the following week. The team (Dustin, Matt, and Matt) that came out were punctual, efficient, and so kind. We will be recommending Cam and his team to all of our friends and family and we plan to continue to use them for all our HVAC needs in the future.
Mathew was outstanding. I have a Trane package unit which had a leak on the service valve. I also have a Home Warranty, which in this case was detrimental. The first technician they sent out said he was not qualified to work on my system, the second technician opened it up, lost a couple of screws and submitted paperwork which got my claim denied but never answered my phone calls to answer any questions or set up for a repair. The next Trane certified operation I contacted, hung up on me the minute he heard the words "home warranty", despite my sharing the expectation that he would be working directly through me. Arcadia made me feel as though my comfort was all that they cared about. Matt treated me fairly and respectfully. He was on time, courteous and got the job done in less then an hour for a bit less then the first company quoted me. It is getting over 100 degrees this week and many companies were making appointments 2 weeks out. Calling Arcadia may be the best decision I have made in terms of service providers since moving to this area. I would highly recommend them and just hope I don't need to call them again before Spring for my Maintaince check.:)
