I’ve bene Arcadia HVAC for several years. Great HVAC company. Very reliable, fair pricing. I highly recommend Arcadia.

Adding to my previous review, that 4 years later (6/12/23) we are still super happy to have ARCADIA. Sarah is a pleasure to talk to and she is very good at checking on us and making sure our maintenance is scheduled on time. She had an upbeat, positive vibe and became a friend over these years. Happy to report that it’s the same team of wonderful technicians: Matt E., Matt M., Dustin and Tyler. Always professional, polite and courteous and do a great job every time! Highly recommend this business!!!
We had new AC installed by Arcadia HVAC on June 3, 2019 and are very happy with the choice of the company. Richard gave us a very detailed estimate and made us comfortable as it showed every step of the installation leaving no room for doubt. Cam and Sarah were a pleasure to deal with over the phone, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. And the team of technicians (Matt E., Matt M., Dustin and Tyler) worked so well together and installed new unit quickly in less than half a day! They arrived on time and cleaned up after completing their work. They graciously answered all the questions I had, were very polite and friendly. The whole experience was above and beyond. Also Richard worked with out Home Warranty which was greatly appreciated as we heard that Home Warranty usually does not cover big labor intensive replacements, but he was able to get part of the expense covered and we are very grateful. ARCADIA team is very responsive and efficient even in the busiest time of the year, the first hot week this summer when a lot of people had AC problems! We'd be happy to recommend (and we already did) this company to friends and family. They are the best hands down! Many heartful thanks for everyone we got to deal with. New to the area we found exactly the kind of company we needed and could hope for :)

Tyler was very professional, neat and courteous. He did a great job getting us ready for air conditioning this summer.

We had a wonderful experience! They were able to solve our HVAC issue for a 1/4 of the price of another company. They were able to do this because they accurately diagnosed the problem. They also had a very nice, responsive, and knowledgeable person answering their phones. We called on a Friday afternoon (after waiting a week without air in this hot weather for the other company to come out), and they were able to squeeze us in that afternoon and fix the problem within 20 mins. Amazing! We will be using them for all of our HVAC needs.

Tyler and Dustin just left my home at 11:00a.m. from installing my new HVAC unit! They arrived at 8:15a.m. and were so efficient and wonderful. I anticipated an all-day install, not less than three hours! I am already enjoying our new air conditioning system, that is out-performing the old system on the thermastat setting, 5-6 degrees higher than our old setting, and cooling better, which will be a great money saver! The price was lower than I anticipated and well-worth every cent I paid! They are "The Best"!

1st , let me say that I have been in industrial maintenance and repair for over 30 years. I knew that both of my 23 year old HVAC systems needed replacement. I called Arcadia and spoke to Cam, he had a technician at my house straight away to evaluate my systems. Matt showed up on time and was professional and polite and extremely knowledgeable. After he reported back to Cam, I received a very detailed quote that reflected exactly what we discussed and what I expected. We were able to schedule installation for the following week. On the day scheduled, four technicians arrived on time. They worked as a team and attacked my job. ALL of them were courteous, professional, polite, and respectful of my home. They wasted no time. As promised, two systems completely replaced in one day! I could not be happier with end result. Old school craftmanship and attention to details. I feel as though I got the best possible value for my money. I give all of them my highest rating and will recommend Arcadia to all of my family and friends with great confidence. It is nice to know that there are still some family owned businesses out there that operate with integrity. Well done Arcadia, Well done!

I called Arcadia after having a terrible experience with my current provider, who quoted 10 days to make a service call for a dead A/C unit. Arcadia was very professional, booked me for a visit the next day, showed up within the time window, and took care of the issue in short order. They (Sarah) were super responsive and have been in contact with me after the fact as well. Tyler was the technician and did a great job! Highly recommended based on this experience.

I was very impressed with Arcadia from start to finish. Cam, the owner, is passionate about what he does and it shows. He spent so much time answering my many questions and explaining what would work best for me and why. Surprisingly, it wasn't the more expensive units that others were pushing. At my request, he quoted those products too and was still reasonably priced but stressed I didn't need it.
Tyler was just as awesome with providing our estimate and addressing our concerns. Installation was seamless and professional. They did a fantastic job and left the site cleaner than before.
The reviews are well deserved.

First things first, I never write reviews unless I've experienced either a horrible event or a superior event, I'm to busy! So with that being said Arcadia deserves my time for this Superior review. The way the world has changed it seems like we only hear bad news so today I'm spreading some good news! Starting with Sarah, there was zero pressure from her, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I ended up replacing my entire upstairs units, heat and air. Their schedule worked around mine and when they said they would arrive at 8am, well the guys arrived at 7:50!! The crew, 4 guys were unbelievable, extremely polite, and this is where it's important, House Broken! They were careful in moving through the house, drop cloths laid down etc..
They were totally finished in 3 hours, they were very efficient.
I will recommend Arcadia to all of my neighbors and will be using them in the future for other upgrades.
