Shelby the service technician did a wonderful job of detailing out the issues he found with our 17 year old system after our bi annual maintenance. Mike the sales rep came out and did a wonderful job of walking us through the new installation process. Martin and Miguel did an excellent job installing both our furnace and AC unit! They were very prompt, professional and courteous throughout the whole install process. They answered all of our questions and are just a great bunch of guys! I can’t say enough about our Premier service!

Chris was really able to save the day after a misstep from a previous technician. He dug in, figured out what was going on and rectified the situation quickly and made sure he communicated with us the entire time. Was very pleased with his level of service and communication to fix the situation to go above and beyond.

They were recommended by our neighbors when our AC went out (of course one of the hottest weeks of the year). I contacted them after hours and Christine replied within minutes via text. Which was a pleasant surprise. She managed to work me in the next morning. Isaiah, the one who did the repairs, was very knowledgeable and quick in his repairs. A company with great customer service and efficient staff. Would recommend.

Wanted to send a thank you to your team----starting with Andy who steered the business to you with his extra efforts with the maintenance contract. I have had several companies come in and out servicing my furnace over the 22 years we have lived in our home none put in the time and the focus that Andy did. Andy set the stage and provided the entry for you, Kiefer and Jordan to come out and review/design different solutions. I appreciated the expertise that Kiefer provided------it was clear Kiefer was extremely knowledgeable about how to architect the optimum solution but his ability to communicate the design to a layman was equally important to closing the deal. I appreciated the debrief that Kiefer provided Jordan this morning before he came to the house. Final thanks go to Jordan and his colleague (apologies for not remembering his name) who spent the full day (9-6) making sure everything was done exactly right. There were no details spared and no corners compromised-----the final review and walkthrough was appreciated. I can look at the finished solution and know that I made the right choices on product and company.

Awesome service from the team of Jordan and Austin who replaced my Lennox heat pump air handler. These guys paid great attention to the details. They corrected all the issues with the previous installation which made me very happy. As a bonus they left my attic cleaner than they found it. Great job guys!
