I want to take a few minutes to share my experience with Premier Indoor Comfort Systems. The service rep came to my home and here is what he did right in terms of representing Premier Indoor Comfort Systems --

1. He called to notify me when he was 30 minutes away
2. He was respectful and professional on the phone
3. He showed up as promised
4. He was thorough in his inspections of my heating/air systems
5. My dogs loved him and they are great judges of character!
6. He was friendly and left all of his work areas as he found them
7. He is honest and did not try to sell me materials I do not need

Mike was our technician and he did a great job. He Thoroughly checked our systems and even fixed our in home humidifier system that hasn’t worked in years. He was happy to go above and beyond. Thank you Mike!

Quick turnaround on scope of work needed then delivery and installation of new furnace for our upstairs

Service was excellent. Matt Hill was very proffessional and explained everything he recommended very well. I would not hesitate to purchase a service contract or new equipment from Premier Indoor Comfort Systems and Matt and the gentleman that was assisting him were to notch.

This was the easiest experience I have ever had with any repair company! The technical was kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable! It was beyond clear that he wasn’t trying to push unnecessary products, but rather fix the broken issues - what a relief!

As much as I hope I don’t need anymore repairs, if I do, this will be the company I use.

PS- the technical said he was relatively new to this company (about a month in) - congrats to the HR rep that hired him, you’ve got a great hire & I would def. do my best to make sure you keep him!!

Our technician was professional, courteous, and punctual. He explained to me everything that he was doing and things I can do to keep things running smoothly until his next visit in the fall.
