Shelby was the service tech who came to perform our first maintenance via our plan. He was prompt and arrived as communicated. He was professional, friendly and polite. He provided me with an overview of what he would be doing and then a follow up conversation on what was done and what he found. I highly recommend Premier’s maintenance plan and you should ask for Shelby!

Sales process with Cory was great. Never felt like I was oversold or pressured. Install with Martin and Caesar was flawless. They did not rush and got everything set in the attic amd outside during the August heat. Cleaned up, explained everything and listened to any questions.

Excellent value and wonderful people. While I hope our main floor system does not go out soon, if it does I will call these guys again.

Chris with Premier Indoor Comfort Systems was not only quick and responsive but, he was told that I had a little baby at home and came to our house first! Our AC was not working due to the previous technician who came out Friday.This other technician came by and put in a new blower motor, wired it in backwards and put in the wrong size filter. I was very happy that Chris from Premier was able to come out so quickly after having multiple no-shows with other HVAC companies for the last week. I should have called them to begin with and I will forever use Premier Indoor Comfort Systems!!

I am remodeling my kitchen and needed to re-route some radiator lines to accommodate the new cabinetry. The technicians came out as agreed--actually a little early--and began to work. They completed the job rapidly and professionally, and left no mess. I cannot recommend them highly enough. True professionals with a great work ethic and pride in their trade.

Mike came out late on a blistering hot Saturday night because my AC unit was not pumping out cool air. He spent 2 hours replacing the Freon, cleaning up the leaks and fixing the evaporator coil. He was helpful with my questions, didn’t overcharge and enabled the unit to work again. Highly recommended.

Caleb & Colin arrived on time, were efficient, professional and extremely neat. They left the installation area clean and neat. They were careful not to damage the rugs or furniture as they moved the equipment in and out of the area.
They explained how to operate the new HVAC system.
