Met with Premier for a recommendation after meeting with 3 other vendors for a heat pump installation. The crew was knowledgeable and informative, I selected Premier on the spot. The installation crew was on time, incredibly polite and professional. The installers were hard working and completed the install on time. They worked diligently without any “surprises”.

The heat pump has been performing perfectly and only kicks into emergency heat per the specifications.

I am delighted with the entire purchase experience.

From our experience we feel Premier Indoor Comfort Systems is an excellent HVAC installation, maintenance and repair company. In the past eight years Premier has replaced three heating/airconditioning systems for us and have provided twice a year routine PM on the systems. We have been extremely pleased with everyone at premier, from the helpful people we call for service, to the knowledgeable expert who helped us with selecting our three replacement HVAC systems, and to the polite and talented technicians who have serviced and reapired our systems. Had a troubleshooting issue with a/c not working properly. They were able to schedule a tech same day. He showed up early and he fixed the problem.

Showed up right on time, very professional and courteous install team. New system looks great. Martin was very thorough on explaining the system after install.
