I recently had my HVAC system replaced with Premier. I interacted with several different members of their team, and every single person was an absolute pleasure work with. They were super patient, made me feel like a priority (even during a busy period), and explained every step of the process. It’s sometimes difficult to find a home services company that checks all the boxes, but Premier does just that - highly recommend!

Excellent Service, Troy G. Had the system running within 15 minutes of arriving. He found the problem and had parts in his truck to replace the damaged item. Unfortunately it took 5 days, 3 different attempts without the AC before Troy arrived. Without a doubt, He saved Premier a customer.

From Mike, our comfort advisor, to Martin, our tech, and his support, as well as Amanda in the office, the entire Premier Indoor team did nothing but WOW the Harleson family! They are all professional, courteous, took care not to get our home dirty, removed old system and even took the time to inspect and get us up to proper code. I cannot recommend Premier Indoor Comfort Systems enough, you cannot go wrong with a team so strong!

Premier just installed two new Lennox heat pumps in my home. The sales team was very helpful answering all my questions and recommending the most cost efficient models for my home. The installers were on time, polite & professional and completed the project quicker than planned. When they left my home was spotless. I highly recommend Premier to Anyone considering new HVAC equipment.

Also want to mention Ryan Jones. When I called him, he called a service technician to come out the same day, and they showed up as scheduled. Ryan even called back after the technician left just to follow up and make sure we were taken care of!!

Our service appointment was for the summer check up on the Lennox system….The technician was a seasoned tech and easy to converse with… Troy did an outstanding service call…will request him again in the future for the fall service…Premier is fortunate to have such an employee….

I called yesterday and Premier had someone come out a day later. The tech who came out, Troy, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and able to explain all my options without pushing me towards the most expensive one. I’m very satisfied with the company and the technician in particular.

Devin was great. It was his first time here but he learned where everything was very fast. He was professional and friendly and he found the problem very quickly. Very happy to have Devin as our serviceman.

Everything from the scheduling process to Alex coming out was amazing!

Alex walked us thru some knowledge points that we didn't know before! He was able to identify and helped us resolve the problem quickly! Was also super kind and let me watch so I could learn some of the finer points. 100% would recommend Premier Indoor Comfort Systems to anyone and everyone!!
