Great service; great customer support. Very good value.

We made an appointment with Premier. Today, we received a text from Mr. Philmon - our technician about an hour before his scheduled arrival. He arrived on time; prepared to get the job done - as well as having and using protective equipment (PPE). I had several concerns/questions - -which he answered kindly, and completely. Mr. Philmon finished his thorough inspection and was on his way. Good maintenance visit - as advertised!

Matt provided phenomenal service for this call. He not only completed the biannual system check, but also checked our humidifier and recommended a filter replacement where the unit had started rusting. In addition, he repaired the air intake that had become disconnected. We have extended our service contract and will continue with Premier due to the outstanding service we received.

Technician Matt Hill is the model of professionalism and work ethic. He worked late into the evening to diagnose and repair a very complicated problem. Also articulately explained the issue in layman’s terms.
