Martin and his assistant came over on time, removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment. He walked me though the new equipment setup and all the work they did. They did a very nice professional job.

We've been using Premier across two home for 5+ years. Service has always been very professional. Their pricing is excellent and they absolutely never try to sell you more than what you need. They do offer suggestions, but it's not a hard sell at all. Totally recommend them!

Kevin and Harley did an excellent job on their last visit! They installed a new HVAC system for me in December and were very thorough and knowledgeable. Our interaction was very professional and they were able to answer all the questions I had. Today they came back to reroute a vent pipe for me and I was happy to see they were assigned to my house again. They did not disappoint this time and went above and beyond to get the job done for me. I highly recommend these guys and Premier!

On or around April 15th I had a new air conditioner and furnace installed by Premier Indoor Comfort Systems. Toward the end of the April, I began running the ac unit. Around June 13th I noticed a spot on my ceiling I contacted a plumbing company, believing the spot" was related to my upstairs shower which is in the same area. The plumbing company came out on June 15th to check the damage and found that the damage was related to my ac unit leaking. I was advised that a drain line was not sealed and/or flushed. It was at that time that we discovered that the unit was backing up and water was leaking underneath the dining room floor.I contacted Premier and advised them of the issue they initially thought that the drain line being flushed was not a part of my contract, however it was found that it was. I was told that someone from the company would be in contact with me. Premier sent a technician out on the 15th to seal and flush the line on and that was my last contact.Around July 7th a representative from Premier contacted me and asked my availability for completing a final inspection. I advised her of the situation, and she stated that I was supposed to be contacted by a construction company and she was under the impression that the damage to my home was repaired. I informed her that she was the first communication in almost a month and that no one has contacted me about repairing my home. She informed me that someone would be calling me that day, but as of 07/26/2022 no one has called or emailed me.…No one has contacted me since 07/26/2022…If I could give less than one star I would…Consumers please keep in mind that better deals does not equate to better service this was definitely a lesson learned for me.

From the first interactions with Steve S. in scoping our ductwork and furnace repair work to our interactions with Jay E. and David Z. on site as the work was progressed, we have been impressed with the professionalism and care of this team. Jay and David were prompt and diligent and every day they left the site in perfect order. It is clear that they take great pride in what they do and work extremely hard to do the job right.
