Firstly, when Stephanie came for the estimate, she was super sweet and personable. She was very sympathetic to my situation and needs and helped me the best way possible! Then when the men came to install, they were very kind, professional and friendly!!! This could not have been a better experience for me. Thank you, I will recommend Greens to everyone!!!

Have always had a good experience with our seasonal service but was most pleased with our recent maintenance service done by Tony Bridges. Tony was the best technician we encountered from any HVAC company we worked with in the past. He was extremely courteous and very communicative on the service being performed including documentation/photos and suggestions to improve the quality of our HVAC system in a manner that was very clear and easy to understand and apply. Hope he will continue to be our technician for future service appointments.

For several years, we have used Green Heating & Cooling, Inc. and have always have been very pleased with the quality of service and the staff members that we have came in contact with at the company.

Clifton, the technician who recently serviced our HVAC system, is tremendous and always does an outstanding job. He has serviced our unit several times and is always prompt, friendly, courteous, and efficient. Further, he always telephones and lets us know his expected arrival time.

Clifton fully explains what he is doing, the items that he recommends be addressed and why. For example, last year he recommended and installed an Air Scrubber on our unit, which has significantly reduced the amount of dust in our house. Clifton is a real asset to the company and we hope he continues to service our HVAC system.

The company showed up on time and did a nice job. Systems like mine have become computerized and too complicated for the avg homeowner to understand...that is why it is essential you choose a reliable company with a good reputation

There is a slope on the side of my home that retains rain water. As a new homeowner, I was concerned about the slab my AC unit was sitting on. Green Heating & Cooling, raised the entire unit and placed a wider and thicker slab under my AC without incident. The thing that impressed me the most, was the degree of professionalism, the meticulous manner in which my unit was handled, and checked at the jobs completion. Thank you!

They installed the HVAC system for my new home. They also installed my gas lanterns. Once I moved in they came out to help me with a minor issue. The technicians were all super friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Have a contract with Green Heating and Air and they have always been on time. Always been very courteous and business minded. Great care of my systems. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Put 3 units under maintenance. Technician (Chuck) came on time and knew what he was doing. Checked out the units and noted parts that would soon need to be replaced and what the costs would be. Very pleased with the experience and the technician.

Excellent customer service and fantastic technicians! Ricky and Dustin did a great job troubleshooting and getting my old furnace back up and running! Very professional and knowledgeable team. They did such a great job I have asked them to come out and give me a quote on a new HVAC unit. Highly recommended!

Called ahead of time with eta for a scheduled Comfort Plan appointment. Professionally done and was given a full review of items inspected and a recommendation for an outside condensation drainage pipe that was clogged by landscapers.
