I have used Green for a couple jobs in my new home and they are great! Fast, friendly and professional

Called up and they immediately made me an appointment which was super helpful! And the guy they sent out was super honest and direct with me, which I liked. Unfortunately I had nothing wrong with my AC but they had to still charge me the $80 visit. So that wasn’t all that great. But they’ve always been very upfront and caring when it comes to any issues we’ve had.

I was very happy with my experience with Green Heating and Cooling. I wanted to replace 2 HVAC units in my house. I worked with Heath New. He is an extremely competent salesman with installation experience. He was able to answer all of my questions and I had a lot of them. The installation went very smoothly. The installers put down new tarps to protect all of the floors and wore booties. After the installation, the office set up a commissioning appointment to make sure all installation details were completed correctly. I am very happy with Green Heating and Cooling and recommend them to you.

Green Heating and Air worked hard to get a new air conditioning system in before I left for 2 1/2 weeks. They worked their magic and had a brand new system installed 2 days before I left on vacation. Thank you Green H&A!!

I live in Kennesaw and called my HVAC contractor to see if they could service my elderly mom's unit in Cartersville. I was advised that they did not service Cartersville and they referred me to Green Heating & Cooling. Ken came out the next day and was extremely professional and friendly. My mom was so impressed that she called to ask me to make sure I gave him a 5 star review on her behalf. He advised that he has been with the company 15 years and spoke very highly of his company and employer.

We initially had one of the big box companies come out 2 times in the last 6 months to look her electric pump that was not holding the temperature that the thermostat was set for. She bought the house in December of last year and has had issues with the heat pump off and on since moving in. Green Heating & Cooling was a fraction of the price to clean the inside and outside coils than the quote received from the well know big contractor. Ken also informed my mom that the head pump was UNPLUGED which was never noticed by the previous contractor. He took his time with the inspection and patiently showed my mom a few things with her nest thermostat. She signed up for their twice annual maintenance program. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and caring HVAC contractor. Thank you very much for taking good care of my mom!

A great company that consistently delivers value and quality. We’re on a maintenance agreement, and our system is relatively new, but had one issue that was quickly and efficiently resolved. I highly recommend Green for all your HVAC needs. Steve is a great tech too.

This is a company you can count on. They listen to concerns, address, respond and show up when they say they will. Mr.Clifton was great. Very professional, precise, helpful and sensitive to Covid-19 concerns with appropriate PPE and procedures during inspection and services rendered. I felt safe with him in my home. That matters! I used them again besides service of my units about two months later. I needed to replace my ac/heating unit last month. They were reasonably priced and best of all made a service visit at no additional charge to make sure I stayed cool until. the new unit could be installed within a 2 week period. I have been there customer since 2013. They are a very good company.
