I clicked all of the above. Just completed a requested service call on some re-routing of flex duct work and the service rep, Ricky did a great job for me. Explained what he was going to do , did it quickly and the finished produce was just what I was looking for. Can not say enough good things about Green H&A. Been a customer since we moved to Canton in 2015.

A great team to work with. Firstly, met with Heath how came out mid-afternoon on July 3rd to review our current (20 year old) system. We spent a good amount of time talking about the pros and cons in both capabilities and running costs of various setups and really gave me the sense that he wanted me to get the right system vs. the flavor of the month, current promotions, or most expensive system. The Trane system we agreed upon was very fairly priced and I could have had it installed the next week if my schedule would have allowed it. As it was, we set a convenient date and the installation team of LB and Randy arrived at 7am to beat the heat! They were done within 2 1/2 hours for a completed removal of the outside and attic units of my original system, and the installation of the new units - incredible! Very nice guys, clean, efficient, and great to chat with. I highly recommend Green Heating and Cooling - definitely a company we'll be using for our second system when the time comes! Thanks guys!

This was a fantastic experience and we got a fantastic deal on two new systems for our house. The technicians were in and out in less than a day and were more than respectful of our time and our home. We received a thorough explanation of what was going on and what were to expect during the process. Upon completion we were given a full rundown of our new products and how to use them. It was the easiest and most painless experience I could have hoped for. Highly recommended.

I initially called this company in May 2021 for one of my AC units . They came in and fixed the problem and had me signed up for there maintenance program. This past Saturday my upstairs unit stopped working. Jason their tech came in and misdiagnosed the problem said the system is running properly but after 4 hours the system shut off because the water was overflowing in the drainage tray and leaked into my ceiling…. Which they are not taking the blame for …. They think Jason was correct. Anyways office staff Wendy and Lisa are unprofessional…. They did not let me talk to the manager or the owner of the company. They refused to finish the job “because I will not be satisfied anyways “ no wonder these days small companies are not surviving
According to Lisa they have enough business and they don’t need my business.If the owner is reading this please talk to your employees and tell them not to Hang up on the customers BTW your employee Clifton who came the next day to fix the system which he was not able to fix is a wonderful person

Green Heating & Cooling did a wonderful job for our home! They were able to "baby" our older unit along for nearly two years. When time came to finally replace the system, they were thorough and offered us a variety of options for our home and our budget. The cost and the speed with which the service was completed was terrific as well. Green Heating & Cooling employees - from the owner to the service technicians to the office administrator were professional, courteous, and made me feel 100% at ease. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this company!

Clifton came today to service our heating and air. He did a terrific job! He was informative, explaining what I needed to know. He didn't try to "sell" what was not needed.He was pleasant and thorough. I wish all service professionals were this good!

Green Heating and Cooling installed a Bryant Evolution variable speed heat pump for us today. They arrived on time. Were very polite and courteous. They explained everything to our satisfaction. They did a great job and we are very pleased! Great customer service from start to finish! We highly recommend them!

Jimmy and his team took great care of my system. Punctual, professional and beyond fair. I had a new ac unit placed in October. The friendly technicians installed the unit quickly, cleaned up and were extremely respectful of my home. A nice and unexpected touch was a follow check this spring without me asking.
