I have a service contract with Green Heating and Cooling. They are very thorough. I was able to have quarterly filter changes added to my contract for a small fee. When a small addition like leak protection is suggested, I really appreciate that there are no high-pressure sales. The service is scheduled every 3 months and the techs are on time! It is a great service company.

I've been doing business with Green for twenty-five years now and wouldn't use anyone else. They always take care of me and look out for me. If something is under warranty, I don't have to ask. They check and tell me when their work is covered by it. They are always thorough and take however long it takes to do it right. I won't use anyone else.

Very poor customer service. According to the representative, we can wait for our appointment because our downstairs heat works. It’s ok for our kids to sleep on the couch until they can come out. If we decide to go elsewhere we lose our warranty. We've had issues with our ac all summer long. I hope they can fix my unit that was just installed a few months back on a brand new build.
