we had a couple of problems with our upstairs a/c - had to order parts and was out of a/c for about 2 weeks. When the parts came in the tech (Ricky) was able to get it up and running. We have used GH&C for years and they have always been reliable & efficient.

Not happy with either Daikin or Green Heating and Cooling. Would'nt do business with either company again! Paid $7900.00 for a brand new system in February of 2021 for a barely used summer home. Had nothing but problems since. Main unit still leaks water on my living room floor after (2) repair attempts. Lost all freon over the winter months due to an insufficiently tightened flair fitting and had to pay nearly $300.00 to have it fixed because it was just out of labor warranty (the bill was over $800.00 but the manager lowered it for me). Had both condensation pumps replaced under warranty last week but still paid almost $400 in labor and service fee. Then the technician tells me the pumps are insufficient to pump the water the distance it has to go! So why were they installed in the first place?? New system was warranty registered By Green with Daikin under "Current resident". Really?, they could'nt even ask my name? Now Daikin won't put it in my name unless I provide the purchase agreement to them from when I bought the house 30 YEARS AGO!! This has not been a good experience at all.

All members of staff were responsive and professional. I had a whole system installed for my addition. Pricing was significantly better and the turnaround (especially in the current building environment) was prompt. The installation team was professional and courteous. I am really glad I decided to go with Green Heating and Cooling Inc. It makes sense that they have been in business for so long. Thanks!

The technician recalibrated and properly set the fan speed for our blower, discovered an issue and has planned to resolve it. Excellent work! Very trustworthy (showed me all the issues and kept me appraised of the work he was doing)!

If you value your time, money, and health of your family you will call Green when you need a repair or install. I purchased a unit last year for a rental from Gene, and it was more than competitive, best value and the techs did a great job on the install.
I've had Jacob and Steven out for repairs on my units and they treat you like you think that you should be treated. Great value, very knowledgeable, wear the mask and shoe coverings, and help you stretch your dollar. Just had Steven out and I feel pretty smart for using them. They don't try to push parts on you, or separate you from your wallet. You can tell from all the great ratings I'm not alone in this perspective. Great company.
