I've had Green into my home twice. Both techs very nice and professional. Explained what they saw/were doing. Both times the techs were on time as well (which was nice since I had to leave work to meet them). I wouldn't hesitate to have them back out for any reason.

Run fast and hard away from this company!! Purchased a new home in May 2018. In August, the air conditioning fails in the main part of the house. Company comes out and determines that the larger air conditioning unit is out of freon causing the compressor to burn out. Two days later, Green is onsite to change the unit. That technician finds a coil to be burnt out in the furnace. Each piece gets replaced. In January 2019, we place a call that 3 vents in the front two rooms are not putting any warm air out of the vents and a fourth vent in front of the front door has minimal output. Technician arrives to check the situation, measures the temperatures throughout the main floor and agrees that the vents are not putting minimal to no air out of those four vents. Technician stated they needed to review the data. Two and a half weeks later with me hounding our builders' warranty manager for the results, the warranty manager claims that Green has finally sent the results over stating that everything is within industry standards. Nothing would be done about the little to no air coming out of the four vents. Technician didn't even check the air ducts in the attic. I explained to our builders' warranty manager and they agree to add some dampers to hopefully help with the air flow. I called Green and asked to speak with the general manager regarding all of the issues in a brand new home. After going through the details with Jim at Green, he laughed at me on the phone. I had it on speaker and my wife and lawyer daughter heard and agreed that Jim was very rude and couldn't believe he laughed at me. That was a Friday evening. I called Green the next Monday asking to speak to the owner. Unfortunately, Jim apparently is a co-owner and returned the call. Though he apologized for laughing, he meant to make light of the situation. My wife and I never found any of the problems to light or funny. Once our warranty period is over, we will NEVER do business with Green again. We wish we could get a competent service now.

My 21 yr old HVAC system needed replacement. Jimmy Gibson came out, assessed my needs, provided 4 quotes with full pricing and payments listed plus the link for financing at 0% interest free for 36 months. I made my selections, applied for financing and 4 days later Isaac and Ricky came out to install my new system. Isaac and Ricky are true southern gentlemen, polite and respectful. They took the time to explain the zone system and how it worked, showed me the air purifier filter and explained where to purchase/how to replace, where to warranty register my units, explained how to get the app for my WiFi thermostats, and even vacuumed the area that they were working in before they left. This was the easiest process ever! I highly recommend this company!

Green Heating and Cooling always provides super great service for me. This particular time, they repaired an A/C problem. After calling their office, I had a repairman (Jacob) at my house within an hour, who found the problem instantly and repaired it.

They do my Spring and Fall maintenance every year. I usually ask for Ricky, who always gives me great service.

Green's also does our repair and maintenance work at my workplace, Fairways of Canton Golf Club. We can always depend on them.

This past week, with the temperatures reaching the 90s, my AC unit finally gave up. As my panic sets in and knowing it is only going to get hotter, we called Green Heating and Cooling, Inc. at the recommendation of my boss. That same day, Gene Fowler met with us, gave us a very reasonable estimate for a new HVAC unit, and assured us that it could be installed the next day. Through all the stress of having to replace my entire unit, not once did I feel like I was making a rash decision. From start to finish, these top-notch guys took great care of us and our property. From removal, to install. As promised by Mark Walker and L.B. Flowers, my new AC is COLD, quiet and efficient! These guys are the real MVP'S! Thank you gentlemen for your outstanding service. You have a lifetime customer in us!

My experiences with Gene Fowler, Tim Cloer, Ricky, Loretta, Jim Gibson and other members of the staff have always been exemplary. I've always felt each situation was accomplished promptly, done well, at a reasonable cost and always with integrity and respect. Good people! Good company!

Amazing Service! Installed whole house dehumidifier for our lake house which has totally changed the house. Came out quickly, came up with a plan and did everything they said they would. Very reasonable pricing, knowledgeable, and excellent work. I highly recommend this company!
