Green was the original installer of the Carrier Heat and A'C system for our new home 8 1/2 years ago. I have used their annual maintenance plan except during builders one year warranty period. They responded same day to basement AC heatpump system failure and repairs completed quickly do to a capacitor failure. Ironically the original AC failed 2 days later on Wednesday! Same day response, capacitor also, but AC compressor fan motor was going bad. Motor ordered and replaced the following Monday.

I would like to take this opportunity to call out Ricky for the excellent work he completed at our house. Our MBR was not staying warm in the winter and was almost 6 degrees colder than the family room thermostat. As part of our warranty work, Ricky installed an additional 8 inch line in our MBR. He was very professional and personable. He answered all of our questions and kept us informed on the work he was going to do. He did an excellent job and maintained a clean work site by putting sheet down in our MBR to catch the debris from cutting the drywall and installing the new damper. Job well done.

Excellent Service, very professional. Came out to our home right away after another service provider gave us bad information about our heating and air conditioning units. They were honest, competitively priced, and were able to fix the unit quickly and offer a great service plan. Will definitely use these guys in the future when my unit needs to be replaced.

6 month old SEER 20 Carrier My Infinity System. Starting Dec 20th, Heat Pump stopped working and the unit began using emergency electrical heat.

It turned out to be a difficult problem to fix and it took 7 visits to fix multiple problems: MyInfinity Touch Thermostat and high pressure transducer on the outdoor unit were both eventually replaced. The Power Control Module in the outdoor unit was also replaced.

Green was working with Carrier Technical Support most of the time and they (Carrier) were also stymied for a while....but in the end the problems were fixed and the unit is running fine.

I give Green kudos for sticking with a difficult problem till it was fixed.

My first house’s HVAC was installed by Green. About a week before the warranty expired, my AC went out. A tech came out, diagnosed the problem, and said the company would call with the quote. I received a call and informed the $1200 part was in stock and ready to install. When I informed them I was under warranty, she verified the warranty, and said she would call back. I received a call back and informed my part would need to be ordered. A week later, with an internal house temp of 97, my AC was fixed.

It amazing that when I’m a paying customer, the part is in stock. When I’m a warranty customer, the exact part they just tried to sell me now has to be ordered.

This company is staffed by crooks. I will die of a heat stroke and set my house on fire to stay warm before I would give Green Heating and Cooling fifty-cents of my money again.

They had installed the units in my new home and addressed warranty issues quickly. I signed up for their maintenance plan and am happy so far. They've gone above and beyond on many occasions.

The builder used them to install our HVAC system, EVERYTHING in the industry says our home should have at LEAST a 3.5 ton unit, they ONLY installed a 2 ton unit, it will NOT cool our house, and of course our electric costs are high because it has to run almost non-stop!! I do not know who decided to only install a 2 ton unit in our size home, but the fact they were willing to tells you all you need to know! STAY AWAY!
