Roy was fantastic from the first call until the service was completed. Our AC in our 2nd story stopped working last night and I called just after 8 AM. Roy returned my call about an hour later and said he could be here in 30 minutes which he was. He repaired our 2nd story unit and did some maintenance on our 1st story unit for a very reasonable price. We will be using Roy going forward for maintenance 100%. A neighbor had some AC issues the same day and they got an outrageous quote from another company. Roy went by and was able to help them at a much cheaper cost and quicker service. Highly recommend Roy and Woodstock Cool Air!

If you need a dependable HVAC person, please don't hesitate to call Roy Bready at Woodstock Cool Air. Our unit started leaking water in our garage and needed to be either repaired or replaced. It was an old unit (over 10 yrs or more), and needed to be replaced. Roy gave us great detail and information on the unit we needed to replace it and also worked with us on the price for the job. His price was fair and reasonable too. We went with a 2 speed variable unit and added the humidifier and the new outside unit. Very nice system! Runs great! Roy really did a very nice installation too. He even corrected some of the piping to it that the previous home owner had installed out into the garage area and Roy brought it more streamlined and closer to the unit. He repaired our insulation too on the garage pipes to the vents, where they were leaking precious cool air and even replaced some of our registers and capped off one that was not needed in our storage basement room. Wonderful job! Even followed up on us too later to make sure all was running well. So glad we called on Roy for this job! Thank you Roy for a great installation!! We are very happy with it and now with the high temps, so glad we did it when we did!

Roy is a very honest knowledgeable repairman. I had Comfort Zone out of Canton come out and within the first ten minutes the repairman was telling me the repairs would cost 1,228.25 and I was better off to talk with their salesman about replacing the unit. Luckily I was smart enough to get a second opinion from Roy and he repaired my air conditioner charging me only 269.00 which also included the service charge. I am also in the service industry and it is rare these days to come across a honest hard working person like Roy. I highly recommend anyone needing heating and cooling repairs to give Roy a call.

We couldn't be more happy with our new AC unit. Roy did a phenomenal job. He is very timely, courteous, reasonable, and very hard working. We had an old unit that yearly needed freon. so instead of waisting anymore money we decided to change out the unit. The new unit is so nice, you can make settings for when you want to AC or Heat to kick on or off. So nice not having to worry about adjusting the temp manually anymore. Roy is the best and we will continue to go to him if we have problems.

Roy to the rescue again! My upstairs system wasn't putting out any cool air and the outside system wasn't working. Called Roy and luckily he had just finished up with another customer -- he was at my house in 20 minutes. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and we're back up and running again. A/C went down at night. Called Woodstock Cool Air at 7.45 AM and left a message. Roy called me a few minutes after 8 AM and said he was able to come to the house in less than 1 hour. Wow! I had talked to 2 other companies (the first one said they could make an appointment a week later and the second one said the next day). Excellent service. Roy was very knowledgeable and friendly. He really seemed to care for the problem and how to fix our situation. We are enjoying some really cold air thanks to Roy. I would definitely recommend him.

Roy came to my house exactly when he said he would and gave me a heads up text about 15 minutes before he got here. Within just a few moments he had diagnosed the problem and gave me several options how to fix it. I've had several people come work on my HVAC in the last couple of years and no one has been as straightforward with me as Roy was. He was polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. I will be recommending Woodstock Cool Air to all my neighbors, and they will definitely be my go to for any more HVAC issues.

Same point on the Freon gas. I thought it was normal to have it refilled every year or so until I understood it was because my AC unit had become leaky over the 15+ years of use. Although Roy sells his Freon at a lower price compared to his competition, that gas is still pricey! We decided to replacing the AC unit will to not only stop the Freon refills, but you also gain the energy efficiency out of a modern unit = lower electricity bill :) With lower Freon levels we kept on having to turn up our unit half way through the day and keep it constantly running.

Roy knows his stuff, is a fun guy, reliable, fast and prices well. My home now always has the perfect temperature thanks to the programmable modes in the thermostat :)

Roy has come to our home twice at a moments notice. Today, our family was out of town on vacation and we discovered we had a minor flood downstairs due to a clogged line. He showed up within a half hour, fixed the problem, and at a fair price. He has not ripped me off and acted about as honestly as any contractor I've run across. Give him your business. I haven't even met him in person but I know he's a good man.

Roy from Woodstock Cool Air placed our new air conditioning unit in May of 2014. The system works beautifully and has already saved us (in a 1800 square foot house) $100.00 per month. Yes, you read that right! $100.00 per month savings. I highly recommend Roy and his crew. In addition, we had a minor hiccup in the system (not Roy's fault) and he fixed it IMMEDIATELY. I can't begin to thank him for his exceptional customer service. Fantastic Job!
