Our AC stopped cooling on a very hot 4th of July weekend. HVAC Bee were able to come out quickly to help us. Other companies were giving us appointments 2-3 days out. Jacob was timely and officiant. I appreciate him explaining what happened and Luckily it was a simple fix. he got us back working with in an hour. Thank you guys for all your help. We will definitely be using you in the future!

Both personable and professional. Very easy to do business with. Needed AC system replaced. They gave all options on the initial visit and pricing/terms are very straightforward. Finalized the details of our job late in the evening and they had a crew out first thing the following morning to take care of everything. They took extra care to be courteous and clean.

After 18 yrs, the A/C just wasn't cooling. Called HVAC Bee based on a friend's recommendation. Mark Stasevich came out and did a great job working up the specs and quote options. I signed on and had it installed the next morning in less than 4 hrs. The worker BEEs crew of Sean, Travis and Mason did a great job taking out the old and installing the new system including a new return air duct(which Mark helped install also). And 10 yrs parts and labor ! Family owned local business !! Will surely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Called Saturday afternoon.Jacob came out on a Sunday morning to evaluate and discuss options for our air conditioner. New AC was installed Monday. Very fair price. There were a couple hiccups caused by faulty work completed years ago by a company that no longer exists. This was shown to me. Mark and his team were incredibly responsive and communicated honestly. I would highly recommend this company.

A week later....house is colder than it's ever been in July. Thanks HVAC BEE!

We had Maverick come for a routine check up and maintenance for the sale of our home and he was able to answer all of our questions with ease and perform services in a timely manner. He was super personable and was able to diagnose all the issues while giving us suggestions to the future buyer. He was very straightforward on what needed to be done and did not try to add random things just to make a quick dollar. I would trust him again and again. We are so thankful that Maverick was able to come out and help us!

A technician from HVAC Bee came out yesterday to have a look at our home AC unit. Every few years, the system acts up for one reason or another. It's old and we know that the time to replace is coming. I told the tech this and that we were not ready to bite the bullet if it could limp along another season.

He performed a diagnostic, which showed the system to be low on R22 refrigerant. He then proceeded to tell me that we'd need 8+ pounds of R22 at $375 / lb. and that the cost to recharge my system would be over $3,000. He also told me that the compressor is probably shot. The technician wrote up an estimate to replace the system, which seemed reasonable enough (~$9,475) and in-line with others. He did not charge for the diagnostic and left without providing any other options.

I called another local company out not 2 hours later who recharged BOTH systems for $100 / lb. and charged $196 to diagnose and repair. Total bill $896.00. The compressor is working fine.

This sort of hard sell is not 5.0 star acceptable. R22 is not $375 / lb. Jumping to replacement when the customer clearly isn't ready to do so, when other options are available, is unfair to the customer. Leaving a young family stranded with no AC for days (had we accepted the replacement) is ridiculous when other options are available at a reasonable cost. We will not be calling HVAC Bee back again.

Update: As of today (6/28/2023) the system is working fine. We've had it at 73 since the recharge. The compressor is clearly not faulty.

As I explained to the technician, this happens every couple of years. We understand that it's old and that the time to replace is coming. Had he just offered a reasonable price to recharge the unit, I would have gladly agreed and you could have avoided this entire exchange.

Recharging with R22 is still legal, clearly. What the EPA likes or doesn't like isn't my concern. All I asked for was a fair assessment and reasonable price to remedy the situation. You didn't offer either, so the review stands.

Mark and David really took care of me and our home as they replaced two complete units about six months ago. They were knowledgeable and patient as the explained the options and made recommendations. The installation went very quick and was not disruptive to our schedules. The price for work was fair and I am very satisfied with the performance of the systems they installed. I highly recommend giving them a call and considering them for your HVAC needs.

After 21+ years, it was time to replace our AC and furnace for a unit more efficient. HVAC Bee was very professional, priced fairly, and did what they said they would. They installed UV lights, an atomizing humidifier, new vents, leak detectors and 5" filters. Everything was carefully explained. We highly recommend HVAC Bee. Very nice work guys!

We had Sean, Maverick, and Travis out today to install a new ac unit. They were kind, professional, and very quick! They got here at 1:45pm and were completely done by 4pm! Couldn’t be happier with the job they did. I highly recommend HVAC Bees for any of your heating and air needs!!
