HVAC Bee

It is Christmas Eve (2022) and freezing outside and my heat in my home is not working! I called HVAC BEE, LLC. I can't say enough about this whole experience from the beginning to the end. Mark answered the phone! Yes, he answered and quickly. He was very nice and professional and sent David (technician) right over and David knew exactly the issue. David was awesome, so sweet! He knows his stuff and very pleasant. Heat is working and so thankful this company helped me out on a freezing, holiday! Thank you so much!

Very impressed with how quick they were to respond. I reached out to them at 8:45 am and my problem was fixed by 12:56pm. Their technician Maverick was professional and polite.

David was well informed on the issue with my new HVAC system as well as the potential issues with my ductwork. He carefully explained possible solutions and scheduled a follow up visit with the owner. Very personable and friendly!

We love to support local family businesses. When we needed an HVAC company last year as one of our 5 year old home's AC units died, we called the large companies and then saw HVAC Bee’s business in downtown Woodstock and used them. Well, this year, guess what, the other AC unit died and, you guessed it; we called HVAC Bee again. This time it was our only call. They came that day to investigate and installed the new unit the next day. Great company, great people, great service. We LOVE HVAC BEE!

Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. We have had issues with our AC/heat since purchasing our home 4 years ago. They were the 5th company we had out and first to actually listen and troubleshoot our system. Our system is finally running better. There are a few more things we need to fix but we are doing it in steps. We will definitely continue to use HVAC Bee.

My furnace stopped working and David was at my home immediately. He’s was informative, respectful and fixed my furnace when he was here. I’m incredibly grateful and will only use HVAC BEE! Thank you again David.
