What a great experience throughout. It was easy to see the company prides itself on being a knowledgeable and professional service provider. Adam arrived promptly at the scheduled time (not a window) evaluated the system thoroughly, and addressed it quickly. What more can you ask for? I will definitely use HVAC Bee's program for bi-annual service to keep my system buzzing along at optimal performance year round.

I call during a time where they were completely booked up. They had a guy that was close by that came by after finishing up early. Adam was very professional and friendly. He inspected my AC unit and had the replace part and was able to get my system back up and running within minutes. Highly recommend and well worth the 5 starts

HVAC Bee installed two systems for us and we could not be happier with the experience! - Before we decided to go with HVAC Bee we had several other quotes. Comparatively, HVAC Bee was by far the best price and value. From start to finish the experience was seamless and very positive. Adam was extremely knowledgable and professional. He assessed our needs, explained his choices to us and came up with the best systems for our home. The technicians, Sean, Travis and Mason did a great job with the installations. They were friendly, hard working, professional and showed respect for our property by cleaning up after themselves. From Adam's recommendation, they even changed our ductwork to make it work more effectively and efficiently. They also changed the placement of our outside air-conditioning units to a better more protected area. All and all it was a very positive experience and both units are keeping us nice and cool in the Georgia heat!!!! We highly recommend your company! Thanks HVAC Bee!

Wow!!! Search no further! Incredible experience, 1/2 hour window for arrival time within less than minutes of scheduling my appointment online so I knew how to plan my day and Jacob actually arrived exactly when they said he would! Received notifications through the whole process. He was fast, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend Bee HVAC to anyone who needs HVAC attention!!

I've dealt with Adam. He came out promptly on a Sunday. Fixed what he thought was the problem. Upstairs is good and working fine. After a couple days of waiting and the downstairs still not all the way cooling down like normal. I called him back for a receipt for my records, and to troubleshoot the downstairs issue.
After us realizing that he had the wrong email address written down for me as being the reason I did not receive my receipt via email. He sent over a receipt immediately after us speaking. He also offered to refund us for the part that he replaced on the downstairs unit. Great communication! And easy to work with!

This company has saved my AC unit. Jacob was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They get straight to the point and don't try to upsell you on things that you don't need. He also went out of his way to fit me in his schedule for the next day so that I didn't have to be without AC. This company fixed my brand new unit that another company from my home warranty insurance referred me to had completely damaged with the installation. HVACBEE saved the unit and more. Everything looks nice and professionally done. I will be going to this company from this day forward for all of my HVAC needs. 5 stars isn't enough.

We had an issue with our HVAC leaking water and Adam was able to come out within the hour to take a look. He was very professional and polite. He took his time to explain what was happening and what needed to be done to fix it. He also took the time to notify us of potential issues in the future so we could be prepared. He never tried to push an update or unnecessary fix. Will definitely be using HVAC BEE for any future needs!!

We called Adam because we prefer to use local small businesses. We had an appointment scheduled at 8am. Adam was early and was very professional. He assessed the problem and actually had the part on his truck. He didn’t have to order it like some of the bigger HVAC companies. Where we’d have to wait at least another day. Adam replaced the part and was done in about 20min. And our AC issue is fixed, and the cost was very reasonable. I’m using HVAC Bee for all of my AC needs going forward.

Just had Jacob from HVAC Bee leave. What a blessing. Air gave out and I have been dying for days. No one will come out quick enough. Jacob came out, checked out the unit, ordered the part and had the job done quickly. What I appreciate even more is the honesty and truthfulness. His visit exposed some of the poor services I had received in the past. I am so grateful.
