These guys let me park in their corner lot to grab some lunch at Ipps downtown Woodstock. We came in a RV. Called Adam answered, said yes and was awesome! Then I decided to call back and schedule a service at my home. Flippin awesome!!!!!!

As a grumpy fluidics engineer, I know how these systems work. Maverick, from HVAC Bee was quick, smart, used quality tools, excellent processes, and the results are spot on. Call them, this is your AC/Heating company, period.

We contracted with HVAC Bee for our A/C system maintenance, and their technican, Maverick, arrived on time, was friendly and professional, as performed the maintenance and fine-tuned our system to operate more effectively. We will definitely call again for our heating and cooling needs!

Maverick was amazing! He was on time and efficient. He wash great with the dogs which is hard to find! Definitely will be using HVAC BEE again.

I called and spoke to Mark around 1:30 for a broken thermostat on a rare 17 degree day. He was super friendly and helpful and had David hear by 4:30 that day. David was a very nice and professional guy and had is up and running within an hour. It was an all around great experience.

I was surprised, thankfully in a good way. Big purchases throw me into research overdrive and shopping for a replacement for my air conditioner was no different. I rely heavily on recommendations from friends and reviews. I typically go for smaller companies with good reputations that’s been around more than a few years. HVAC Bee was the fourth company to come give us a quote. My wife had set it up without my knowledge proven by the fact she scheduled them to come out the same time I had another company out. I had all but had my mind made up to go with the first quote by the time Adam arrived from HVAC Bee. I was surprised that HVAC Bee was as competitive as they were. All four companies were within 150 dollars with comparable units. However, HVAC Bee crushed them on the 10 year parts and labor warranty. Plus, they threw in a 5” filter rack to sweeten the deal. Communication was quick and left me surprised on more than a few occasions on the response time. Adam was completely on top of things the entire way through. I like not having to labor over which company to pick and they made this decision super easy. Four days later Sean and Travis show up on time and installed the AC in around 2 and half hours. Plus, they checked the pressures on my downstairs heat pump as well as a favor. They installed everything as promised and took great pride in their work. Sean put the sealant on the plenum so perfectly I thought it was tape. I touched it and messed up his meticulous artwork and I could tell it bothered him a little because he took such care and pride in it. Unfortunately, that kind of pride in workmanship is hard to find these days. Thankfully HVAC Bee has found it in Sean and Travis. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the system. I feel like I got more than my monies worth. I definitely recommend at least getting a quote from them or you can save yourself the time and hassle and hire them first thing. I plan on doing that when my second unit goes bad. One more thing, I was surprised they didn’t require any money down to start while the other 3 companies did. I had to run down Sean as he was leaving to pay them. A+ in my book.

2 months after the initial install the air conditioner stopped cooling as effectively it first did. I emailed Adam on Saturday and Monday he had Jacob stop by at 2 pm to look at it. Jacob actually arrived early and was at my house when I got there at 1:50. The R-410a has to be at the correct pressure to function properly and Jacob found that the pressure was a little low. He added a few ounces and the system was working better than ever. Jacob was very informative and explained that this was common in new installs and preferred taking this approach to protect the compressor from being over charged. I couldn't recommend a company more than I do these guys. It's great to see a company really take pride in their work and stand behind it.
