HVAC Bee

Our AC went out last evening (compressor stopped working) so this morning I began making calls to arrange for service. Early a.m., I had called four businesses, three said they could not consider service until next week, one still has not called back. Fifth call went to HVAC Bee; surprised when the gentleman said he had a senior tech in my area and would work us in this morning. Approximately two hours later our unit is up and running. Professional, courteous and went out of their way to add me to their booked list today. Highly recommend and will definitely use this company again. I like to support local businesses! Thanks again for the quick response.

when is time to replace your Heating/AC system, you need to do it with a professional HVAC who care about the customer and HVAC Bee does it!. Kudos for Mark, Sean and Jacob. Thanks for all!

Adam was extremely responsive (came out the same day I called), very kind and professional. He clearly showed me what was going on with my system and gave recommendations on repair without being pushy or overselling me something I didn't need. Was a pleasure to work with and will happily continue to use them going forward.

Had family owned HVAC Bee out to the house today. They could have easily ripped me off like some of the other companies out there, but they didn’t. I got charged a $59 service fee that was credited back and the diagnosis was rapid and accurate. The overall fee was under $250 and my HVAC buddy in AZ said that was unheard of! I’m a customer for life!

They were outstanding in all areas. From returning my call in a reasonable amount of time to taking care of the issue. They had a technician come out the same day even though other companies were completely book for days. Completely satisfied and will definitely be using them again as well as referring them.

This was my first time to call HVAC Bee, but it will not be my last. I had only 3 days to inspect the home I am buying. Adam responded immediately. He arrived early and his approach was professional and warm. He showed me the work that was needed and explained what the process would be. When I asked for an estimate to replace instead of repair, he provided it the same day. Everything he did was above snd beyond anything I’ve experienced in home services. HVAC Bee is pleasant to do business with, very knowledgeable and genuinely courteous. I will definitely continue to place my trust in them. I will add photos after his team installs my new system.

Adam was great! Very respectful and informative. He was at the house to only complete the hook-ups in the attic to the roof from a new roofing job but took it upon himself to inspect my furnace/AC in the attic. He found a few areas of improvement to help stretch the life of an old system and to protect my house from potential water damage. I appreciated the honest extra effort without any pushy sales tactics. There is a strong chance I'll be working with HVAC Bee in the future!

We had a fantastic experience with HVAC Bee. Our existing AC unit went out, and based on the positive reviews online, we calle HVAC. They are incredibly professional, knowlegable, and trustworty. They came out immediatly, diagnosed our problem, and gave us several option to repair or replace our system, with no added pressure to replace - Just gave us great info and facts - b/c of the age of our unit we elected to install a new system, and we could not be more happy with the outcome. Adam, Mark, Jacob, and the team are top notch pros that you can trust, and we will be working with them from now on for any of our HVAC needs.
