I discovered my heating system was out around 8:00 PM. HVAC Bee was on Angie’s List when I filled out my contact information. Adam from HVAC Bee called within the hour. Adam and Morgan showed at 9:00 AM as scheduled. Both were courteous and professional. They diagnosed the problem, an igniter, and has the heater repaired within the hour. I highly recommend HVAC Bee for your HVAC needs.

Our furnace went out about 4 days before the “big snowstorm” we were supposed to be getting a couple weeks ago, so I went into panic mode and looked on Angi’s list to find help. I found a couple places. HVAC Bee called me back within 30-45 min and after explaining my situation, Adam set up a time to come check things out the next morning. This was on Wednesday, and by Friday early afternoon, I had my new furnace in. The whole experience was fantastic! All the guys that came to put it in were super nice..even tolerated my crazy dogs!! I can’t thank Adam enough for all that he did to make sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible. I definitely will use them again for any other HVAC needs we may have, and also refer them to our friends. Thanks so much for everything!!😉
