Roy has come out to my house twice for issues on an older system and I am VERY impressed with the level of service! Roy explains the issue and the fees are VERY reasonable. My first experience with Roy and Woodstock Air and couldn’t be happier! Little late but COMPLETELY understand what a techs schedule can be like on a daily basis, as I am a tech myself. Really reasonable price and had my AC blowing snow flakes. Thank you guys and keep doing the good work!

I could not be happier with the work Roy did today at my home. I called Woodstock Cool Air this morning and spoke with Roy. He knew exactly what was wrong with my AC just from my description. Roy came out this afternoon and had it fixed in less than half an hour at a much lower cost than I anticipated. He explained everything he was doing step by step (in answer to my incessant questions!). And he offered suggestions on how to get the excess water out of my garage. It's May in Woodstock Ga so when our air went out at the office I manage I needed help FAST! I called ATC yesterday and left a message, I immediately got response from a professional named Roy, he said he could come right over but it was almost 5 and well, I wanted to go home. I asked if I could schedule the next day. He was at the office at 9am before it got any hotter, thank goodness! He fixed the problem, explained to me what he had done and the price was honest. Very impressed with this company. I will use them again if anything goes wrong and constantly recommend their services. Great job Roy!

Roy is a lifesaver! Our AC stopped working in 98 degree weather. We called him at 2 and he came out a couple hours later and fixed our AC. Friendly, honest, efficient!!! Will be recommending him to family, friends, and all who need good service! Thank you!

We were so thankful to get a hold of Roy so quickly AND that he was able to come out the same day we called! We had called others and it would be a day to several days before we could have someone out to fix our air. We had cool air but not cold air. Roy came when he said he would. He was diligent and thorough. He took time to look at both of our systems and noticed they both needed more freon, even though we had called about one of them.
