Woodstock Cool Air

Great service! I called on a Wed (late afternoon), left a message, Thurs. first thing in the morning Roy Bready called me back and was at my house 30 min. later. My A/C had stopped working in May/Summer (Torture). I obtained several quotes, got the typical runaround from most all of the other companies. The cost was about the same (or higher than Woodstock Cool Air). I decided on Woodstock Cool Air because of the initial, positive, experience I had during the quote process. They were on-time for the installation and Roy, as well as his associate (Walter) were extremely polite, professional, efficient, helpful, etc. could not ask for more. So glad I found a reliable, quality A/C company. I will definitely use them in the future, for service/maintenance. Thank you guys, I am totally impressed!!

Roy found that I had a bad damper unit and instead of trying to immediately replace it, he tried multiple ways to make the old unit function properly, even replacing the motor. Unfortunately the gears were practically falling apart so a new unit was truly needed, but the effort he put in to try to save me money went a long way with me. I definitely recommend his services.

Roy is my hero! Kind, considerate, honest and will get it figured out. If anyone needs service, give Roy a call. It was miserably hot today, and he prevailed. Will recommend him to anyone who asks!!!

Could not have asked for a more prompt response time and remedy to our problem. Roy was very courteous and professional and had air conditioner running perfectly in no time. I will be recommending him to everyone.

My air conditioning went out the other evening. I called Woodstock Cool Air that evening. Mr. Brady answered the phone and setup an appointment with me for the next morning. Very glad to have a good and reliable company that I can call on locally. We were in the market for a new crew to do our yearly maintenance and are extremely pleased with their work. Responsive to phone calls, quick to come out, and very fair pricing. Quality work. Looking forward to using them again in the future.
