The company advertises 24/7. They were highly recommended. Called them on a Saturday afternoon, left message with a answering service. Got a call back about 30 minutes later. The response basically was they can't come out till Monday. thought you guys advertised 24/7 service. Well its not really 24/7 but we can call you back Monday and make an appointment for next week. Apparently this company doesn't know what 24/7 means or they are just falsely advertising and they don't know what emergency service is. If I wanted to wait till next week I could just make an appointment with someone local. Makes me wonder just how competent this company really is.

Cool-Tech was quick and accommodating to getting us fixed up and cooling again at a fair price. Everyone we spoke with was extremely nice and they kept us up to date on their arrival time. Highly recommend! Thanks Cool-Tech team!

The tech arrived when they said they would and was very thorough with the maintenance check of our 3 systems. Mike let me know about a service plan that would save me money by having my systems on the maintenance program. Affordable and professional. I would recommend to anyone.

Best service company ever. I have the contract and it seems if there is an issue it is on the weekend or late in the day. I have them come on Saturday evenings and do not overcharge. Good folks. This is really them. They are that good.

Mike is great to work with. I called him early on New Years Eve morning and he told me what to do until he could get to our house. Once arrived he determined the problem and shut down the Thermostats and got the furnaces functions properly. He returned a week later to reset the Humidifiers. He is a real asset to Cool-Tech. Really enjoy having him as out Technician. He earned many "atta boys" from our house.

Mike is always professional and courteous in his interaction with us. Great service every time. We appreciate his excellent service.
