Robert, Glen and Jeremy took care of the project in a timely and very professional manner. the work was done thoughtfully with great attention to detail. They installed an excellent Trane system at an extremely competitive price - the service and quality of the work was top notch. I have used Cool-Tech on four houses so far. One was a brand new system, and the other three were minor jobs. The last one was to replace a duel zone motor. Every time has been a positive experience! Efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Excellent Tech!

Cool Tech purchased the client base of Air Apparent recently after the owner of AP passed away. We had an entirely new 4-zoned HVAC system & ductwork installed by AP 2 years ago and recently experienced an outage on one of our wireless Honeywell thermostats which meant we had no AC upstairs for 3 months... Mike Obert-Thorn from Cool Tech showed up the day after I called. Not having any previous experience with these units, he spent hours on the phone with Honeywell support techs getting our system communicating & running again. Mike was awesome and the service we received from Cool Tech was excellent as well!! There aren't many morally conscious companies out there that would stand by warranty service from a company they purchased but Cool Tech did and we are thankful to everyone involved.

Cool-Tech has serviced my HVAC systems for a number of years now and I have been very pleased with their quality of work and technical expertise. When it came time to replace an aging/failing system, Cool-Tech spec’d out a new system and provided me with a detailed, competitive bid, which I later accepted. They installed the new system, demonstrated its functionality, and cleaned up after themselves.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with Cool-Tech. The only negative I have to add is that no one discovered that my existing thermostat was not compatible with the new system until the system was demonstrated to me. While they DID install a new thermostat at no extra charge, they only provided a 30 day warranty on the thermostat because I didn’t pay for it explicitly. I really think the thermostat should have been included in the bid or at least some mention that a new thermostat may have been necessary since the new system was different from the existing one. Other than that, I’m a happy camper and would recommend Cool-Tech to friends and family.

We have Dampers in our home to help regulate the temperature. I thought perhaps one of our dampers had gone out. I called and they were able to come out same day- it just so happened to time up with our 6 month system check up. So win win win. It is indeed the issue and they will be back tomorrow with the correct sizes to replace.

2 out of 2 units went down and we could not get other companies to come out fast enough. Cool-tech was able to come out and got us up and running in good time. I will have to replace a unit and a coil but they told me about my options and I am comfortable they are not taking me to the bank.

Very professional, showed up on time, gave a thorough report for service. I highly recommend Cool-Tech. My go to company for Forsyth and Canton. I know that I'm getting a fair, honest price and service recommendation.

What first impressed me was the expertise and knowledge sharing of their techs. For every question that I come up with, they have a sound and technical explanation. I know not every cares to know but if they can field my questions with a smile and a "no problem" then they will for yours. Plus they are a very fair place to do business, plenty of good advice but no sales pressure.
