I have been using Cool-Tech for many years in the Atlanta Metro Area. As a custom home builder I need dependable quality subcontractors to build the high end homes I construct. They do quality work at a fair price. I also use them to maintain the HVAC systems in my own home and I have been very satisfied.

Our outside air conditioning unit stopped working in the afternoon of a Saturday in late July - outside of normal business ours (of course) on a very hot day in the North Georgia mountains. We called a number of HVAC companies who purport to serve the Ellijay area, and Josh from Cool-Tech was one of the few to respond promptly AND say that he (or someone else from the Company) would try to get out to our home that day or the next (Sunday). He kept us informed of his schedule by text, and even gave us some helpful instructions before he was able to arrive. He arrived at our home at 10:30 p.m. Saturday night (with our blessing) and fixed the problem for us, which in turn allowed us to get a good night's sleep as the air cooled. Even though it was a relatively easy fix, Josh was professional and friendly, and he went well above the call of duty in fixing the problem that late on a weekend. And the price was remarkably reasonable, especially given the time of day. Huge kudos to Josh and Cool-Tech.

Cool-Tech professionals were truly cool with their attitudes and knowledge. It was my first time using their good service and it won't be my last. I highly recommend them as HVAC professionals.

I came home and the main unit was not heating. I called the answering service just to have someone come out the next day, but they paged Mark who called me. I was going to the master bedroom and the heat was not working there, but was a strange issue. Mark says he is coming right then and there and was at my house at 9:30 PM. I never asked or expected this kind of response. I was toasty that night. Awesome!!!!

They came out just 2 hours after my A/C quit and fixed the problem. Then the nice tech tried to fix my system so it didn't turn into a giant ice maker after sunset. My A/C runs great now!

I had an emergency with high temp and no a/c. My wife has vertigo which can and was triggered by the heat. I also have an 18 month old daughter. With no company available to help within a timely manner, Josh, although unable to get to us soon, gave me the tip to getting my family through the night. This guy did what other company's technicians wouldn't do. Josh unselfishly made my day/night. I recommend this company and especially Josh for HVAC services. Thank God for at least one descent person in this industry!

Cool-Tech is a company we can always count on. Systems install, maintenance, as well as emergency visits in extreme heat or cold. They are there when my family has a need.

One of my units stopped working a couple of days before this freezing weather rolled in, I called COOL Tech. The next day they sent a guy to replace the igniter which caused the heat not to come on! My point is they came so quick, thanks COOLTECH!
