Professional crew. I originally purchased my 2 HVAC units from them around 10 years ago and have used them for service repair ever since. Recently they had to replace the upstairs coil unit and in doing so they accidentally dripped some coil water on my brand new carpet. I called the main office and they were very apologetic and committed to pay for the carpet cleaning. I share this b/c it shows how they value their business reputation and customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend them.

As usual, when we had an issue with our HVAC, we called Cool-Tech. We have used their services for the past 12 years that we have owned our home. They were prompt and professional and were able to fix our 14 year old unit at a reasonable price.

Our Tech Glenn gave 45 min notice that he was enroute, upon arrival he took the time to listen to me about prior issues with our upstairs unit..and found another issue while fixing our main problem. I will continue to do business with Cool-Tech.

My parents heat went out in November 2019 and as soon as I realized it I called Cool-Tech and they had it fixed the same day. It was quality work, quick response and affordable. This company is unique. I was having physical therapy and that business's air conditioning had been down and couldn't be repaired by the maintenance department in the building. A call was made to your company and a technician from Cool Tech had it working in a matter of hours. I was so impressed by the job this fellow did .His professional ,calm ,and friendly manner made me ask for one of his cards after he left. I have been using Cool Tech now for years and they're just wonderful. They are friendly and knowledgeable which makes it a joy to recommend them to anyone that needs their help.
