The Cool-Tech men were so polite, patient and I enjoyed having them in my home! They were very clear and articulate in explaining everything about my system to me. I have told my friends and neighbors about Cool-Tech and I will continue to recommend them.

Ok so this is a mixed feeling review. I had Cool Tech servicing my HVAC unit for couple of years now (since 2013) and I was very impressed with their techs and customer service until couple of months ago when I needed yet another service to pump more freon into my leaky unit for a quick fix. I typically receive good, honest and professional experience but this last call was not at the same parr as the others. The tech proceeded to estimate the weigh of the freon vs. weighing it. When asked, he stated he had the weight written down in his truck and he will weight it again when done. He wanted to charge me for 3lb and he couldn't not present the start weight or any support to his 3lb guesstimate. Now I should say that their previous techs were outstanding and professional so OK whatever. Right?
Forward to now when I finally decided to replace the unit. I tried calling them more than 3 times and I was greeted with "This customer is Not accepting calls at this time" or no answer at all. After the 5 call they answered and was told they can be there after 5pm the same day. Great I said since I am out of commission on my current unit and it is very hot in the house and the faster the better. I got a call that same afternoon saying they can't make it today and they will be here tomorrow. Understandable, Right?
Their tech did show the following day and he had to wait for the other company to finish their estimate before he can come in to do his, so I was very appreciative of him waiting his turn. He was an OK salesman and promised to email me his estimate in couple of hours or the 1st thing in the AM.
By noon the following day after I didn't receive anything from them, I attempted to call the office 3 times to follow up on the estimate and again was greeted with "This customer is Not accepting calls at this time". Actually the 3rd call was answered by someone appeared as didn't mean or wants to answer because I said Hello and they hung up softly without any reply.
It was very clear at this time that this company has gone downhill and does not posses the same qualities they once held. I would rather stay in a 86 degrees house than deal with this company and their poor customer service.

The sad thing is that the previous 2 techs I dealt with in the past were great, professional and knowledgable.

I went with another company (Cool Air Mechanics) that did the install the following day and I am very pleased. Here it is 2 days later and still no estimate. Nice

Very knowledgeable and professional technicians who work very have to keep their customers systems working at peak performance. Have been using them at multiple locations for many years.

I found out about this HVAC maintenance firm because the house we bought, previously a rental cabin at Talking Rock Creek Resorts, had also previously been serviced by CoolTech. They have been fast and good, and send helpful reminders for twice-a-year check-ups. Once they found a problem with moisture leakage and fixed it before it got bad. We are happy to have their heating and air conditioning service.

Customer for over 15 years servicing three different homes. I have always enjoyed the outstanding service I have received from Cool-Tech! Their service techs are courteous and well trained.

Todd is always attentive and responsive when we need his help outside of the usual maintenance. He comes up with creative solutions and is a problem solver. He is friendly, respectful and detail oriented.

The 2 men showed up on time, and were as professional and expert workmen with the installation of my brand new Trane AC as one could hope for. I love Cool-Tech and all of their technicians. I give them an A++++

Called and came out same day. Very professional. Quick diagnostic and fixed the problem the first time! Highly recommend!

I have used Cool Tech for many years, I cannot say enough about them and there service, I have never came in contact with the repair person that has not been nice, professional and responsive to my problem then fixing it.

Tech came out the next day, and fixed bad odor coming from vents, had clogged drain. Very reasonable price , Great customer service. Will definitely use again for all my hvac needs.
