For the last 15 years, Cool-Tech has been servicing two central systems for us. One is critical to control the environment for critical computer servers. Their service has been exceptional. They know their business and are responsive. Highly recommended.

These last two years we have used CoolTech for AC repairs the service was excellent. We recently had to replace our 19 year old unit and once again received excellent service. The gentlemen that were here for the install were polite, professional and thorough. They walked me through what was done and reviewed the new thermostat settings with me. Everything was cleaned up nicely too. We received our warranty paperwork the following day. We’re cool again and happy with our new system. I highly recommend CoolTech!

My heating system wasn’t working properly. I called Cool-tech and they agreed to send a technician that day. There was a cancellation and he came to my home shortly after I called. He was very professional, fixed my system explained the problem In detail. I was not charged.

We contacted Cool-Tech for furnace repair on an older unit which wouldn't stay running. We were initially impressed that they were able to have a technician out the same afternoon. The tech spent approximately 20-25 minutes total diagnosing and repairing what he determined to be the problem, a deteriorated drain tube. Unfortunately, this did not fix the issue and we subsequently called back the next morning to explain that we were still experiencing problems and request that they send someone back out. We confirmed there would not be another service fee charged, to which we were assured there would not. The tech cleared blocked drain lines, which resolved the issue, however a week later we received a bill for the second service call. When I called to inquire about the invoice, the receptionist was argumentative and combative, explaining that the system was working "just fine" when the tech arrived the next day; this is because we had to turn the system on and off several times to get it to work while waiting for the tech to arrive as our house was 59 degrees, this is obviously not normal. We were told their policy is to charge unless a second trip is related to the previous work that is done by their company. Perhaps if he spent more time thoroughly diagnosing the problem, it wouldn't have warranted multiple trips. We experienced extremely poor customer service with this company and an inexperienced, seemingly rushed technician. I would not recommend doing business with them as they are not only more expensive than other local HVAC companies, they lack basic customer service skills and genuine decency.

Glen was Knowledgable, informative and professional. I received good communication from the office regarding the ordered compressor and rescheduling. I wish they had a Saturday service even if it was for additional fee, as my compressor did arrive on Friday but wasn't installed until Monday. Other than that, its a good company to deal with and trust.

I'm old so I don't recall our tech's name but he has been here a few times. He is the most polite person to have in your home. I don't know what "Techs" do but he seems very competent and professional.

Been using Cool-Tech for over 20 years. Just a few years ago they installed a new system for me. Builder grade gone and a much better system in place now. They provide preventive maintenance on my systems Spring and Fall. And if there happens to be an issue in between, they are very quick to come out.
