Cool tech was recommended by a trusted friend to me and I'd recommend them as well. This was my 3rd time using their service in 3 yrs (all independent issues) and I've been satisfied each time.

Referring to the most recent: Staff at front office was friendly and accommodating. She was able to adjust scheduling at the last minute which was very much appreciated. The technician agreed to make the service call on his way home after his last appt. He was friendly, efficient and competent. Coo-tech will be my first call on AC/Heat pump needs.

The weather was scorching and our air went out on Memorial Day weekend. My elderly father lives with us so I was afraid to wait until the holiday was over. After calling 5 companies who could not get to me for several days I got in touch with Scott from Cool-Tech. He worked me into his schedule and even with being over an hour away was at our house in the next few hours. Scott was very knowledgeable and efficient, quickly identifying the problem and making the part replacement repairs within a few minutes. He did not try to add on or make it any worse and for a holiday weekend I felt the pricing was extremely fair. I was also impressed that both the company answering service and Scott were honest about the holiday service call fees on the initial phone call, no surprises, just excellent honest work.

My entire family have been customers of Cool Tech for more than 15 years. They’re completely trustworthy and honest and they guarantee their work. I have an 80+ year old elderly mother who thought she needed an entirely new HVAC system for all 3 levels of the house and Preston and his team repaired and refurbished the existing units for a fraction of the cost. That was in 2006 and the units are all still in good running condition. That says all that needs to be said about Cool Tech and their ethics.

Mark led a team to replace an old A/C system - as always a great and efficient install. I also needed some extra advise and help setting the complicated program for a 3 Zone system; Mark did it all for me! Going above and beyond !

When the temperature outside remained over 96 for several days in a row, our customers and staff commented on the remarkable difference inside the building following Glenn's servicing and cleaning of the HVAC systems for the fourth floor and office of our facility. Traveling for a living its a reassuring feeling knowing I have a company that is like family to take care of my family when I am not home. Honest techs who I trust in my home when I'm not present, detailed service reports, and no issues answering questions while on site. Can't say enough good about these folks.

I want to thank Cool Tech for always being there for me. I recommend them to my neighbors and Church members.They are the most HONEST and Compassionate Company to know in this day and age. You will never find a more experienced and trustworthy Company to come to your home. My husband has severe COPD and I had to make an emergency call on Sunday morning. They never hesitated and was at my home within an hour.If anyone is dealing with a home bound person you can understand the stress. I generally don't comment or rate a companies service. One would think that every company would want to provide the best service, word of mouth travels faster than paid marketing service. As a home owner, over the years I have had many experiences with various types of services. Cool Tech, you have gone above and beyond for me. During the hot/humid summer months when most companies charge outrageous rates for immediate service (because they can) you never have. From your office staff to your service techs, I'm very pleased. And I'd also like to say that sending the same tech (unless emergency) makes me feel very comfortable. Jason feels like family now. Thank you.

Cassidy came for scheduled maintenance and found a problem.
He returned twice before he could complete the repair. He explained the stepwise process to identify the root cause.
This is a new unit so completely covered by warranty.
