I, along with other family members have been using Poland for over 10 years. I’ve had them replace HVAC units at 2 different homes over the years. Chris Poland is super easy to work with and is passionate about what he does. He is truly a “trusted advisor” and always picks up the phone if you have a small or big problem. I recently chose Poland over Reliable due to their attentiveness, responsiveness and higher quality + personable service they provide to their customers. It’s nice talking to the same person each time you call in, unlike Reliable.

My family won't trust anyone else with our HVAC needs! Chris and his team are so responsive, professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. We were able to get incredibly quick service when our AC decided to quit on us, and having that quick relief was so comforting (especially considering I'm 7.5 months pregnant and this heat is intense)! We wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them.

We enlisted Poland Heating & Air to tackle a very big and complex job in our home. Not only did they do an excellent job from start to finish, but everyone from Chris to Kelly to cd and Steve were extremely professional. They worked with us to find a solution for our prolonged years of problems. We could not be happier with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Poland for your HVAC needs. Love this company! During the beginning of our month long heat wave my a/c unit goes out. I called them and they were here the same day. You simply can not ask for better service.

Poland was highly recommended to me after a terrible experience with another company and now I will never use anyone else. After years of AC issues, Poland was able to determine the source of a problem and work with me on solutions. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and explained exactly what was wrong. I have never experienced such great service!

I can't say enough good about this company. I've had to use them three times in four years. Every time they have treated me fair and charged a great price. this last go-round I had to replace my entire HV AC and furnace. Their price wasn't the lowest but it also wasn't the highest. They came when they said they would and it did a great job. I didn't feel like I was trying to be sold things I didn't need. I really like this company and highly recommend him

When our AC went out in the middle of hot June, I thought it would be a pain to get it fixed. David at Poland Heating and Air was phenomenal. He was available quickly. Due to having to order parts it was unable to be fixed that day, but sure enough David had our AC running perfectly by 8 AM the next day. 5/5 David and Poland made my experience as smooth as it could be.

I noticed a junction box for the air conditioning unit falling off the siding of our house on Saturday afternoon, June 26. I called the 24 hour number for Poland Saturday evening and spoke to Chris Poland. He said that the box was not an immediate issue but he would get his team on it Monday, June 28. On Monday at about 1130, his crew came out and fixed the problem. Thanks Chris and your team and Poland Heating and Air!

I've had an outstanding expereience with Poland Heating and Air, over the process of purchaings a new HVAC unit and having everything installed I've spent multiple hours discussing with Chris, the owner, determining what the optimal system is for my home that is efficent and cost effective. Chris and his team at Poland Heating and Air have provided an unmatched level of service at a fair price! I will only use Poland Heating and Air for my HVAC needs as they are a reputable and trustworthy company.
