Technician David appeared on time and carefully serviced my furnace & A/C unit. He explained how to change my air filter as well as instructed me on operation of my touch screen control panel. The Moncrief team’s professionalism was exemplary. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. The installation team was very careful to protect my home during the installation. They covered all floors and stairs prior starting any work and swept and cleaned up after leaving. When finished, they made sure that all of my questions were answered. I previously used this company to trouble shoot/ repair furnace repair. They were overpriced for the 10 minutes they spent and tried to sell me a new furnace. I declined.

I decided to give them a call a year later to trouble shoot my moms a/c unit since I was in the system. They were supposed to come to her house today…they were a no show. When I called to inquire about the tech they told me I was mistaken and that I did not schedule a service call. Even though they took my credit card number and gave me a service date with no window of time. Instead they tried to get me to book a sales call for a new furnace and then had the audacity to tell me I never made the appointment. Stay away from this company!!!
