Their workmanship is always top-notch and prices/fees are reasonable given their commendable level of expertise and quality of work performed. Barry was absolutely FANTASTIC! I applaud how professional and thorough he was. My only issue was that my appointment was between 10-2 and when I called at 2pm, I was told they were running behind and would be there by 3pm. I called again at 3pm and was told he was on his way and then received a text with his location. Since the location of the vehicle and technician was known, it would have been courteous and more customer friendly to keep me update and let me know what place in line I was. It definitely would have made the experience 5 stars instead of 4 with just a little communication, but overall everyone on the phone was super friendly and I know everyone wanted to help. Just a tip for the business owner to be more proactive in communications.

Their timely maintenance, occasional repair, and one modest modification kept going - quite well - the HVAC system that came with our house (original install circa 1985). When a replacement system was at last needed, we had no hesitancy in having them do the install. Skilled, friendly technicians. They've inspired trust and confidence.

We just bought a home in the area and this service was recommended by our neighbors. Lionel came out this afternoon and was extremely professional and efficient. Will definitely call on them again for future A/C maintenance needs.
