Christi and her team were efficient, courteous and did a great job cleaning our air vents and ducts (which had never been cleaned since we moved in!). Highly recommended.

During my 30+ years in Atlanta, I have used at least three different HVAC companies for installation, repair, and/or maintenance and Moncrief has definitely landed on the top of my list. They are responsive and professional and offer very competitive prices. My wife and I are very happy with the courteous and efficient work they did for us.

Moncrief is easily the best service company we’ve ever used—not just HVAC but any category. They’re prompt, professional, and polite. Technicians are always knowledgeable, even about our non-standard system. They fix problems quickly. Don’t upsell or advise replacement when repair will do. Parts in stock. It’s actually amazing. Year after year they continue to perform at the same very high level.

Mike, Daniel and the team are incredible. They are very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, kind and so responsive. They go out of their way to help us and their service and products are excellent. In addition to servicing our radiators and furnace they have installed a generator for our home. We highly recommend this company and this team. We are very thankful for all of their help, work and solid work ethic.

Had 2 new HVAC systems and new water heater installed. Extremely professional! From the sales manager who came and provided estimate to the multiple technicians who installed the units they were awesome. Prompt and On time- sent notice when on way. Ensured I understood the new systems before leaving. Couldn’t be happier with the process.

DO NOT WORK WITH MONCRIEF... They are only here to sell new $10,000 A/C units to homeowners who do not need new units... They told me that the wiring in my unit was faulty which was the cause of my unit leaking constantly. Turns out after getting two other companies' opinions that the unit had become slightly slanted due to my house settling over time and water wasn't able to flow out of the unit. As soon one of the other companies propped up the unit a few inches, the leaking water stopped and I haven't had an issue now for 3 months . $500 issue instead of the $10,000 "issue" Moncrief tried selling me. I asked for my money back for the first visit from Moncrief since they were extremely wrong and the visit was useless and zero response from anyone at Moncrief after multiple emails and calls. Very unprofessional and dishonest... Take your business to Coolray and ask for Noah--he was honest, helpful, and quick.
