    Ander (HVAC Tech) was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue we were having and repaired it. It is incredibly hot and humid outside and I’m glad Ander was able to help us. I also appreciated that he was careful not to cause too much of a mess and cleaned up afterwards.

    Moncrief was highly recommended to us by a family fiend, when our furnace went out last week. I must say - The entire experience far exceeded my expectations. James came out the same day to evaluate and quote the job. Moncrief had the best price and we looked at three companies. Scheduling was easy. Bridget had us booked within 48-hours, and so thankful as temperature’s plummeted over the weekend and it was 48-54 degrees in the house. Matt (is amazing) and team showed up on time, kept me posted, walked me through out new system, all of the work they had done, including the ductwork and the electric, and answered my 50000 questions. They even cleaned up before leaving (heart)! If you’re in the market for an hvac system, call this team first! Moncrief, thank you!

    I'm sure others have had a great experience but the customer service after the job poor for me. My HVAC is very old and started shaking /making loud noises off and on. The tech was polite and respectful but the job seemed very rushed and he didn't stick around long enough to hear the sound I was speaking of. The issue was never resolved. I know VERY LITTLE about an HVAC. The tech found a duct and repaired but when asked was that the issue?, he shrugged and said "maybe". He mentioned my HVAC needed to be pushed back and did so. He also admitted he should have turned my thermostat on and off to see what I may had been speaking of. I paid money, and the issue was never found. The sound started again that day, but I figured nothing was wrong since I was told it was fine. I waited a few more weeks until the unit started to shake even worse!

    I didn't feel comfortable with going back to Moncrief because if the sound wasn't present when Moncrief arrived, I knew it would be a case of "nothing is wrong" so someone close to me told me that I definitely needed to have the HVAC looked at and sent someone they knew. Turns out I needed a whole new motor and had to pay another couple of hundred dollars to get it fixed after paying Moncrief a service fee and a duct I probably could have fixed myself. The second tech from a refferal came into the home, turned my thermostat on and off. The tech stayed a while and heard exactly what I was speaking of inside the home and made his way to the crawl space. I contacted the manager of Moncrief because I wanted them to be aware of the "fast" work and how displeased I was. After going back and forth about the issue with customer service that they weren't even present for, I was offered a refund. After I replied, that I would take the offer of a refund and part "amicably", I never got a response after asking how and when I'd receive it. I wasn't necessarily looking for a refund, but more of a concern for its customers. Why even offer a refund, if it wasn't going to happen?

    Called this morning for an air conditioner that wasn’t cooling. They scheduled same day. Small, inexpensive part was replaced. Cooling nicely.
