Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning

Moncrief has serviced my system twice. It is about a 12 year old system. They have consistently been honest about what it takes to keep it up and running, and what I can focus on fixing down the line if I didn't have the cash on hand. I definitely trust these folks, and will keep them as my HVAC techs for the duration of owning this home and any future homes. Scheduling is always a breeze, and the technician that came out both times - John - is an absolute sweetheart. When I have had questions or concerns after the fact, their customer service team has been on the ball with it and very helpful. Cheryl in particular has been great. They have a caring and great team!!

Robbie was awesome today!! Fixed our problem and saved us having to replace an expensive part. He is one of Moncrief’s best.

Very professional, went right to work and summary of the service was informative and non worrisome. I have older systems and previous technicians from other companies like to give me a list of issues is need to take care of or simply replace my units. I would use Moncrief again.

I've used Moncrief heating and Air for maintenance on our house for at least 25 years. The employee's...Tim...Roy...Jack and John I have dealt with over those years is what customer service is all about...OUTSTANDING!!!...By maintaining my AC and Heating units they last alot longer and are more efficient thus saving money on my monthly Gas and Electric bills. Being on the maintenance plan they have come out a couple times quickly and for free to repair the AC....the customer service team on the phone are very attentive to your concerns.

We find the Moncrief does great work. They are very responsive, don’t try to constantly up sell and very reasonably priced. Their maintenance plan is the best we’ve seen. They actually cover things besides 2x/year maintenance visits. They recently installed a new AC and were on time, very professional, efficient, clean and the price was reasonable. We’ve been through all of the major HVAC companies (Estes, Coolray, etc) and won’t go back. Highly recommend Moncrief.

I have now been using Moncrief Heat & Air since 1979 at two different homes and multiple systems over the years including Mitsubishi ductless units. I have had them do ductwork, install AC and heat systems and do repairs; and everything has been great over all the years.

Fast service. Called around 4:30 and technician was at my house by 9:00 next morning. Loc did a great job. Found the problem quickly and gave me advice on maintaining my units

This is a great company. I have been using them for a number of years and their services always impeccable. Recently I had to replace a 26-year-old HVAC system and surprisingly they had the most compelling offer and pricing.

Mariano was polite and efficient - he was able to quickly rearrange the drainage for my hvac and system and conduct a system maintain during the same appointment. He set me up with a membership plan to save me money in the future. He had no problem getting onto my condo’s roof to find the outdoor unit and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Not to mention I scheduled the appointment only a few hours before he arrived.

If I could 0 zero stars I would. Do not waste your time or money! They're predatory. The tech that came was a very nice man, however completely screwed me over in the end. I was charged $532, and 2.5 hours of work, for the problem not to be fixed AND misdiagnosed!! The tech said the problem would require new parts. I decide to get a second opinion, turns out that was not the issue at all!!! Plus he created a mess of my wires, costing me more to get those right again. I tried calling to ask for a partial refund, because I was absolutely taken advantage of.
Side note: For the parts that I "needed" (they were completely unnecessary) I was quoted $998, the market rate for the piece...$78!!!
