Anthony was our service. He was extremely professional, demonstrated great knowledge, worked fast, and was creative. Really appreciated how Anthony provided good information and background when describing the issue we were having and providing both short and long-term solutions. Updated 6/23/2023... HVAC Tech A. and Jordan N., all their HVAC techs & customer service reps are THE Go-To Home Comfort Experts. They made my years (since 2016) of ownership from installation up to semiannual maintenance hassle free. Their solutions lowered my electric & gas consumption thus lowered my utility bills, yet keeping my home cooler and warmer as desired. Exemplary service every time from phone call to appointments. The question of whether I would hire them again... the answer is yes without any hesitation.

The technician responded to a concern I had about a humming noise and did not find a problem, but checked for other potential concerns, cleaned the drain, and changed the filter while here.
I was impressed that he came so soon and was so thorough.

When we found out we needed a new AC unit, we got a few quotes but ultimately decided to go with Neese due to their reputation and recommendations from family/friends. Then, we found out we had a leak during the installation process. Very thankful we ended up going with Neese and that Doug and Brandon were our installer/technicians. Both very professional and hard workers. Very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. They deserve a raise!

Chris was so nice and professional. He does great work. I had a condensation leak and he repaired it and was very efficient. This Is my second experience with them in a very short time and both times I have had the most amazing experience working with them. Neese Jones Heating & Air is in a league of their own!

We recently started using Neese Jones following a recommendation from our general contractor, who has used them extensively and have been blown away by their responsiveness, friendliness and professionalism. We had two issues - one with our AC and one with our furnace - in the past 6 weeks and in both cases the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The woman I spoke with to schedule the appointment was friendly, took detailed notes on our situation and was able to schedule a tech visit at a convenient time for me (I had work conflicts for a few days, so had to delay their visit). When the technician did visit, he was well prepared and was able to repair the A/C within an hour, as well as do a review of the full system and set-up a maintenance plan. The second visit (due to a fault in our heating - a clogged gas furnace condensate pump) was even better - the scheduler could see notes from the previous visit and managed to have a tech on site within 3 hours. He was super friendly and skilled, getting right to the issue, which was resolved in a little over an hour. I never write reviews, but Neese Jones truly deserves 5 stars. Great people doing good work!

I contacted Nesse Jones in desperate need of repair as my air conditioner failed while I was out of town. Not only did they respond quickly the technician went out of his way to diagnose a problem with my newly installed Nest thermostat and replace it to prevent further damage to my HVAC unit. The office staff is very professional and up front about scheduling and costs. I highly recommend this company.
